Very clean and it is a family owned business. The family takes pride in their property.
I wish the refrigerator was a bit bigger in the suite and had a toaster.

No breakfast
Room Location on the Main Street, very noisy. Having to park on the Main Street, making it difficult to enter and exit the vehicle. Uncomfortably small shower. Unkept pool area.

What a great place for a visit to Lake George. Out of town so it's quiet but so easy to get to town. Pool was clean and the firepits were so handy. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable albeit could have used a little more room.
Needed more full size towels to accommodate 4 adults.

Beautiful part of Lake George. Nice to sit by the pool.
Understandably due to the lack of workers could’ve been a little cleaner and the facilities updated.

It was a cozy , cabin feel. We liked that our room was on the end of the building and that we could park right outside our door. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And our little patio was nice. The lighting was a little challenging for applying makeup. The staff was pleasant and prompt.
Lighting was a little bit too dim. We arrived at the front office to inquire about the location of our room. The woman (Lee?)was very helpful and pleasant. I have to say that the office was a disaster. When we saw it, we felt hesitant about our room. Thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the room.

They are close to restaurants for breakfast
Everything was perfect

It was quaint, woodsy, had a patio area that was nice for a small fire and glass of wine (if the people next door were not outside as well, and you didn't mind the view of the parking lot), and was a convenient location to drive to both Lake George Village and Bolton Landing.
There was no check-in/out, everything was done online and was very impersonal. There was someone on the property which we saw twice in the four days we stayed. We did not use any of the extras on the property (pool), so I cannot comment on that. We stayed in a room that was adjacent to another suite of rooms, and you could hear everything that went on in the other room, as well as the bathroom on the other side. Our bed was loud, if you moved wrong it sounded like it was going to break. The shower was maybe a 3-foot square, so it was awkward and odd.

Good location
I wish there was a shelf or small table in the bathroom to put my toiletries, and make up on, the counter space near the sink was too small for my husband and I. Coffee pot is too small.

Location and was clean
Kinda small and could use extra wood for fire

This is my second time to be at lake George but this time is absolutely way better than my first experience this place is so cozy and warm from the owner’s treatment to how clean the place and so organized. All my family loved it. Lots lots lots activities pool, game room full of table tennis, billiard, darts, board game, that is in addition to the outside activities like basketball, playground for kids. So close to Lake George Village. About 8 minutes driving. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. If you think a family place to be this is definitely it. It was my first time here but definitely won’t be the last.
nothing that I didn’t like. everything is absolutely awesome and comfortable and family friendly

We were very pleased with the affordability and cleanliness.

No chairs. Bathroom and shower too tight. Parking on the road not safe.

The suite we got was nice and clean. Everything was provided that we needed. Utensils, towels, dishes and so on. It was an enjoyable stay.
It seemed strange that there was no interaction when checking in, they just give you a code to the room.
4.2
Location, very clean, swimming area excellent, not to bright at night (outdoor lights) or to dark.
Other guests with kids very quiet
Traffic noise

My husband and I book a suite at this property every time we come to Lake George, and have stayed here at least ten times. The rooms have been substantially upgraded under recent new ownership and look great! Key upgrades that we noticed included new bedding, new flooring, fresh paint (inside and out), and several new furnishings. The bathroom also appeared to have been significantly renovated. They've also installed key pads with access codes for room entry, which is easy and efficient. We stayed in Lynx Lookout King Suite #5, which included a bedroom (king bed, dresser & TV); a living room (couch, desk, TV & full kitchen); and a bathroom with a full tub/shower. The room was clean and comfortable and we love the updates!
A few negative aspects of our room included no closet or armoire to hang up clothes, no washcloths provided, and no carpeting throughout. The property has a fantastic pool area, but we noticed that the pool itself was not kept as clean as in prior years (i.e., lots of bugs, and an oil-like substance on the water). We couldn't tell if the water wasn't recirculating properly, or if there was an overall lack of cleaning, or possibly both. Also note that there is no one at the hotel office on a full-time basis, but if you call the number on the office door, the owner contacts the onsite cleaning staff to assist with your needs.

I like that the owner allowed me to come in at 1 o’clock instead of the regular 3 o’clock. It was neat and clean. I would definitely stay there again
I didn’t find anything wrong.
