Very disappointing

convenient to baseball stadium and had a parking garage

They did not hold my reservation for a king bed and gave us two double beds without asking our permission. Told us breakfast was included and then they charged us for it. When I complained they said it was not included but they would give us a $10/person/day credit (which they did). Are they serious, a cup of coffee at Starbucks cost almost $10 so this did not come close to covering the cost of breakfast at around $50 to $60 per day for the wife and I. This really upset me and they were totally inflexible after they told us at check in that breakfast was INCLUDED in our room rate. We were also told that we would have full room service for linens and towels and the second day they never changed towels or linens so we had to call them several times late in the afternoon just to get clean towels. They said then that they only change linens every 2 or 3 days but that is not what we were told on check in and then they never changed the linens in the four days we were there. The room rate here at around $700/night is very high and unreasonable. The staff (except the lady in the Bistro) was unfriendly and even rude. We did complain but they ignored. We did email them with our dissatisfaction and they wrote us back a lip service response saying they will do a better job in training their staff but nothing about financial compensation for our inconveniences. We will likely not ever return to this facility or maybe no other Courtyard property based on this visit.

Good. Could be great but the inventory at the bar is lacking

Very convenient to everything we did. Staff was excellent and very accommodating

Bar was awful. The staff was great but the inventory of drinks was horrific. The worse part was they knew it and didn’t do anything about it. I was told on 3/1 that beer doesn’t come in until 3/10. I was told the same every night. I’m sure it can be bought earlier for people that spend 5 night and are spending $3k each.

Good except the fact that they will not credit my account with the points I earned by staying there.

I stood a total of three nights in a row at this Courtyard and they still have not credited me my points, I just got back from a week at the farifield inn in St. Joseph Mo. and I have already been credited my points. When will I get the points credited?

It was fine; clean and adequate.

It was clean and had an easy parking garage. The pool area was okay; a little small.

Rooms were overpriced. There was no dinner or bar service. Breakfast was served by the front desk.
