Super comfortable stay - clean, safe, & nice ambiance. Staff extremely friendly.

Cleanliness ++++ Staff had a smile on their face every time I walked in and out of the hotel. Pool was clean, hallways clean, conference area clean, beds super clean and comfortable, 2 complimentary water bottles in the refrigerator, coffee in the room. We were very pleased with our stay.

We were just there 1 night, but we enjoyed the stay and it was a good price!

It’s in a nice area. The rooms were clean and nice.

It was a little work (with holiday traffic and winding roads) to get anywhere.

Our stay was decent, good staff, clean room.

The location was good.

The pictures that are linked to this property are not accurate. I booked this thinking it had an indoor pool with slides, mini water park type. It did not have that. They were very misleading.

The staff were super nice. The mini golf area was swept off every day. My 7yr old loved the minigolf and the pool. A major plus. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

I can tell the place has been much loved and it is being refurbished. The pool is missing tiles and the water was low. The room was ok. We went and bought donuts. The next day there were hundreds of ants all over them . Also, water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom.

I enjoyed the location. Off the main highway, but still close enough to the liveliness of the city. The room was fair for the price.

This hotel could almost constituent for a classic bait and switch. The website listed all these awesome amenities, but turns out these amenities were for a different hotel across the parking lot, which are no longer associated with each other. They did have the small putt putt area still, but was told the golf balls were all on “back order,” not that you could really play even if they had golf balls, considering how dirty the greens were. The pictures of the breakfast buffet looked amazing, but what it really it’s just the standard “hot breakfast” many other hotels include in their stay, meanwhile you pay $11.50 a person for powdered eggs. I opted out of this on the second morning for sure.

The pictures are not of the hotel. No Micowaves 😒 in rooms. It's all the way on the 1st floor. If it's a fire safety issue for being in the rooms, then put a microwave on each floor for easy access. Also, there is no plastic silverware at all. Staff is very lazy kinda on your own when staying there. They do have a golf course thats not taken care of at all! We went to play and there were no balls.. decided to go out there to look for them. Found other guests using tin foil as balls... upset kids due to no balls. So my daughter and I started looking for balls out in the tall grass.. then another guest came to look. We ended up finding 12 balls and 2 golf clubs. There is no restaurant.. The pool isn't taken care of. I was getting in, and the pool handle started moving about fall. Highly suggest looking into a different hotel.

We were only overnight guests en route to another state. Accommodations were acceptable but wouldn’t book again.

Price was good and outside looked fine.

Interior dark and dated. No amenities like coffee in lobby. Just didn’t match with website pics of rooms.

Originally booked for what it looks like. Unkept to me and needed help. Restaurant looks abandoned and nasty. The stay all construction and not what I booked for. Main pool out of order. Didn’t know at the time of booking. Upset

Pool under construction the whole point on why we booked there. Ridiculous and didn’t know at time of booking. Until 2 weeks before I visited on a memorial weekend to let me know the pool would be down. Unbelievable.

This was my second stay at this hotel, my first was better. I am contemplating another stay, but not sure.

it was ok except pools was closed and that was not disclosed when booking with them

We went to relax and have fun and the pools and hot tubs were closed . No heads up. They said they tried to call but was getting a wrong number. The number in the system was correct. We did have a big king room that had a 19” tv clear across the room! we needed binoculars to see it. Do Better!! if you charge high prices make sure it is worth it to people coming to stay with you.

We waited for a room to be clean, we were given a room and staff walked in when I wasn’t dressed so obviously no communication. The pool was under renovations and when we attempted to do the other activities everything was booked. My grandkids were disappointed.

Not worth the money until everything is open.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is nothing like it seems. All of the facilities are closed. The theatre, gift shop, restaurant, indoor splash park. There is an “activities center” but the employees act like they don’t want to be there. I wouldn’t stay here until everything opens back up because it is not worth the money. They advertise breakfast but they don’t even have that because the restaurant is closed.

it was under construction and that was not communicated to us till we arrived they did offer other services for the ones that were unable to be used but they didn’t open up till 10 and by then we were adventuring off in town.

we love the location. It was very easy to get to where we wanted to go and there wasn’t a lot of traffic and it was very easy to get back without being stuck in traffic. We had a great experience with the management. We had a problem with staff member on the way in to check in, and that was addressed immediately the next morning the staff was extremely friendly besides, the one member everyone went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered and offer anything that they could.

We were unaware that they were under construction when we booked we did not find out until we arrived. Upon check-in we did have a problem with one of the staff, but it was addressed immediately the next morning even though some of their services were unavailable, they did offer other services. The only disadvantage that is they did not open till 10 by then or early risers were already bored and we were on an adventure into town, so we never got to use the services.
