Meh...

First floor accommodations. Complementary Shampoo & Conditioner.

Sheets felt almost plastic. The refrigerator only froze things. Couldn't get the humidity out of the room, no matter what the ac was at on. Toilet kept backing up. We were given a plunger. Too difficult to enter and exit.

Definitely not worth the money.

The breakfast was very good. My family ate the sausage, eggs, cereal, and fresh fruit. We enjoyed it as we had to leave the hotel super early.

The hotel room itself was not worth the money. I spent $130.00 on the room for there to be weak spots in the floor!!! Plug ins not to work and the shower to literally soak the bathroom floor.

Decent stay in a safe area

The location and food were spot on. The room was a nice size and love that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed slept very good and the hotel was very clean. However, the bathroom needs touching up and the room wasn't worth the weekend cost. I appreciate the overnight stay but if I stayed again, it would have to be during the week for a lower cost than on the weekend. Check-in process was easy since I had a reservation. I love that it was close to I-10 and it didn't take long to go any other places that I needed.

The desk attendant was friendly-enough but customer service could have been better. The individual's attitude about whatever was going on internally poured out externally and I really didn't feel welcome to be there. I was glad that it was only for one night because the same service/attitude was carried over at check-out time. There was no express key return box to put key when you're checking out, so had to wait for someone to come to the desk to turn in room key. It would be helpful to have an express key return box especially when people might leave earlier than regular checkout time.

Close to where we were going.

Took to long to get coffee made. Should be up and ready for guest before 6am. Stains on hallway carpet, especially 2nd floor. Ice machine wasn’t working on 2nd floor.

They were out of everything. - including juice, eggs, syrup and butter for the waffles- said they were waiting on shipments - and the computers didnt work.

The management on days shift he was very respectful and professional. He listen and handle our complaints in a timely manner and apologized that his staff didn’t handle the situation appropriately.

i would not stay there again!

the breakfast was ok, the staff was really nice

i did not like the fact that the room i was given had not been clean there was used wash rags dried up in the bath tub and a used bar of dial soap i had to ask for another room, and when we woke up in the morning we noticed we had bed bugs so i brought one down to the front desk to show them they said they were sorry and refunded my money back and acted like it was no big deal.

I like that it was quite and had fast check-in

I didn’t like that I call for extra towels , the front desk told me they are washing towels and would bring them to me but no one came. Also they had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. For $262.00 that’s shouldn’t be there . I should have received a discount. To me whoever is running this hotel isn’t about customer satisfaction they are just in the busy for money.

We walked out. It was gross. Wont stay in Sleep Inn again, maybe not even Gulfport.

Not much......staff was trying to do their job but I don't think they have much help from management.

The front desk staff was helpful but the room they gave us was not clean....it was a mess. The elevator/hallways/common areas were a mess, needed cleaning, vacuuming. Common area bathrooms locked so no one could use them. We left. It was too gross to want to stay. They offered another room, but we just left. Will never go back to Gulfport or Sleep Inn again. The printer was not working when we checked in so there was no paperwork for me to sign. I had agreed to sign in the morning if they could get it working. The 2-3 people there did not seem to know how to fix it. Another customer was there with issues and the manager was on the phone with them.

HOT!!!! after a whole day in the sun at a ball park the last thing we wanted was a hot room l. Staff zero help

our AC was out in the room. I let the desk know the only thing they did was replace the thermostat battery. the AC still didn’t work and they wouldn’t change our room or refund our money so we could go to another hotel.

Awesome

I had a good night's sleep, nice clean facility, everything in the room worked. It smelled really good. The shower was so awesome. The water felt so soft. I enjoyed how friendly the clerk, Alexis, was. She made our stay very comfortable.

Our key was deactivated somehow, but I am glad that the guy at the desk worked swiftly to resolve the problem. I didn't like that it was a real task getting into the property, because of the way that the road was made.

the worse stay I have ever had there. this was like my 10th time staying there

the only thing I can say, it was clean

hard to get in and out. the shower head looked as though it had been broken and then the shower head was right up against the wall and you had to literally stand up against the wall to take a shower. was suppose to have been handicap but I slipped in the shower because the tub was slippery, even before turning on the water. I had the a/c turned all the way down but it never got under 70, was extremely warm and uncomfortable in the room to where didn’t get any sleep. the a/c even made noises. we stay at this hotel every time we go to MS and this was the worse experience we have had there.
