Nice staff, actually were helpful, after my original booking was set with incorrect dates (was my fault), the property owner waves the cancellation fee and helped me find a solution with booking.com agent. It took a few hours, but the male who was a manager also helped me go to my room to grab my charger, even though it was multiple hours after checkout. The rooms were clean and its a nice location, and most hotel management/staff/prop owners would have taken my money, charged me the fee, called police etc… as they don’t care & almost seem to want to make peoples lives a living hell, so it’s incredibly refreshing to deal with humans that have morals. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to say a personal thank you to the staff/management for working with me and showing humility/humanity ❤️

The location was perfect as it was very close to an array of food selections and shopping
Upon arriving there was a very unpleasant smell in our building which was left unattended for multiple days and the people that work at this location have some of the most negative attitudes and blatant disregard for the concerns and questions of their guests. On our last day when we went to pay for next night the manager stated that we could not extend our stay as she wanted us to leave because of multiple complaints she received about us though couldn’t give me any information on this alleged complaints. This was also at 11:45am and we were given 15 minutes to have all of our belongings out of the room. Respectfully we started packing up our things but understandably needed more than 15 minutes to do so. However the hotel at 12pm decided to call the police because law enforcement doesn’t have more important things to do than babysit four adults packing up a hotel room. I did not agree with the patronizing behavior the hotel exhibited towards us after spending upwards of $2k to stay at a hotel that never had clean towels and constantly smelled like absolute garbage.

Location near main roads, some restaurants, and grandson's home.
Was told I was given a "business" room because the table to was longer than non-business. We did not ask for a business room but expected a refrigerator which was not there. Bed was very noisy since the mattress was set on a metal tray of some sort that squeaked when you moved or got up. The grate on the AC was smashed and vibrated making more noise when it ran. Bed was not completely made when we went in. Pillows were thin and uncomfortably hard. We had a rough night but were able to request and receive a room switch to the second building for the other two nights. That room was not called a "business" room but had a real desk, a refrig, and a microwave., and a quieter AC. No tea or sugar in morning and was told "maintenance" would need to get it at 9am. Second morning was told they do not do tea, just coffee.

Very nice location.
Neither my husband or myself slept well on the mattress. The walls are also paper thin.

price.
The manager or owner, is not friendly at all. Shes very rude and when I call, she had hung-up the phone on me because she was not having her way because I talk with proves and backup. So she did not like that at all.

The location was convenient. The entrance was attractive.
The elevator was broken. The staff placed me on the 3rd floor and when I complained, they laughed and said, "we could have put you on the 4th floor". The staff continuously spoke to each other in their language and laughed for the rest of my 30 minute check in.
