dirty, run down, the room smelled like poop then while asleep the owners tried to bust into the room with the master key to unlock the deadbolt as they rented our room to another couple at 10:30pm!!!! could not sleep the rest of the night! No apologies and no offer to compensate for all of the stress and issues!

The gentleman who checked me in was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable .

The location was good right off 220. Parking lot was large enough however getting in and out of lot wasn't easy during the steel mill traffic in the morning. Staff where nice and friendly.

Hotel wasn't not very clean. Stairwell looked as if it wasn't swept in days. During the days we spent there it was never cleaned. Our bed spread had burnt holes in it. The halls smelled of weed. The shower water pressure was horrible. Tub had mold on the walls. No coffee maker in rooms or at front desk area.

The helpfully new you girl worker I think she African-American or Hispanic very nice caring and sympathetic about the problem un like the very rude owner who told me there is no motel 6 customer service. I said so there is no one above you this is not a motel 6 chain there's no 800 number to go over your head with a complaint he said no this is privit property I own it I'm the boss there is no one else to complain to I said oh so there is no better business Bureau BBB.

Glass in fiance's foot around midnight. I went and took everything out of the rear of out Dodge Nitro to access the compartment on the floor to get my first aid kit from the storage area under the floor. Tried to remove it no luck and again tonight no luck going to have to have a doctor remove it tomorrow. So anyhow last night after scanning the entire room from the windo bed all the way into the bathroom found 6 pieces of clear glass and a very dirty room at a close look. The floors have not been swept or mopped in a good while I have a ton of pics. Public hair and other different colored hairs of all lengths. Light switch entering the room dose nothing. Double Lamp only one light work. Door latch lock very broken pices missing. Bathroom tub has tape over the upper overflow drain at the top paint on tub pealing. Exhaust fan does not work and no cover on it curtin was unhooked from 2 hooks and hanging. Behind bathroom door very nasty. Fridge not very cold even after turning up to 7 yesterday. He was told to call us at 10pm tonight and nothing and I heard the desk girl tell him everything on the phone. Her refused any type of refund. Said we needed to report it when we checked in. It didn't happen till midnight. Didne notice the latch lock till 1 am after I could nit get the glass out. He said we are her all night why didn't you come down then. Wellbone I had no clue some one was at the desk 24 hours a day he kept saying you need to report it when you check in it our policy I looked could not find anything on any walls about any policy so how could I even know your policy. We were tired up set and figured we would take care of it in the am before my fiance's appointment but she was ill and wanted to go earlier to the doctor so we forgot was gone all day reported it to the girl at the desk at 6pm she's new so she called him she said he would ether call or come up b at 10pm nothing I went downbat 11pm.

Very rude manager,(person at window was amazing and EXTREMELY OVERWHELMED), hotel in general was very unclean, the bathroom in my room was NOT cleaned before my check in, ( there were hairs all Over the toilet, in the shower floor and on the walls, and there was pee all over the floor and toilet, the bed was made, however there were stains on the pillow cases and all over the sheets. The overall smell of the hotel in general smelled of moth balls and very strongly of cigar smoke on the 3rd floor.

There are smoking rooms available. It is located right off the highway. Front desk John was very very helpful with the tv that was messed up

The location was great for Montoursville class reunion. The room was clean and adequate. Had fridge and microwave.

There was only coffee offered for breakfast. On fir.st floor and could hear noise on ceiling from room above on a few occasions

At checkin wanted me to sign something I could see through plexiglass and note over screen on plexi. Then after checked in I booked a king bed nonsmoking, and said none available can I give you a double, I said you just processed my pmt I guess I have too cuz not going to smoking room. Bed had burn whole on it, called down immediately so I wasn't blamed, mold all over ceiling above shower head and ceiling dipping down. Not as clean as reviews.

The property is very ran down on the outside, and it smells when you walk in to the building.

I liked the size of the motel .. it was well designed so there were no exceedingly long corridors .. as a 75 year old that was a plus

i found nothing I didn’t like . however if people are wanting a pool and workout room and restaurant / bar on premises this would not be a good choice

There was no breakfast.

The location was great in a beautiful area and convenient. Room was clean and basically functional. Microwave and fridge came in handy.

The remote for the TV was missing the back. A bracket on the wall above the TV didn't look good. The bathroom fan was very loud and didn't do anything to clear the mirror. No hairdryer.
