I cannot say what we liked and I cannot possibly review the property (pictures made it look great) because we never made it to the place. We tried unsuccessfully to find the booking for 3 hours on the scheduled night of our arrival. The booking.com website has no way to contact customer service by phone, only by chat using confirmation # which we did not have. It was not the owners' fault, but apparently that of booking.com.

I could find no confirmation of the reservation in either of my email accounts. It was not until the owner contacted me by text, because we had not arrived by 9 p.m., that we got communication and a contact name & address. By then it was too late and we had to look elsewhere for accommodations. The owner was very understanding, she apologized and even courteously offered to let us stay free some other time, but...

My wife and I were well taken care of at South Broadway Manor . The chef treated us to some beautiful scratch made breakfasts both days of our visit. The grounds were beautiful. The house was exquisite and the rooms were very comfortable. Pat Hill is a wonderful host.

Amazing old house, a living museum - yet very comfortable, good bed and bath. And best of all: warm and friendly staff, our host went out of his way to serve an early full breakfast. A real gem!

South Broadway Manor was absolutely beautiful, full of history and one of a kind antiques. Our host, Pat, was kind enough to provide us with the vast history of the previous family who built and owned the home for almost a century and how she and her brother developed it into a B&B. The breakfast was excellent. It was a nice, relaxing get-away.

The accommodation was very quaint and historical. It was very well decorated and clean. It’s a true bed and breakfast. The host is amazing and friendly. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
