Awesome

The facility, the breakfast and the service

Instead of 2 beds we got one and a sofa bed for a 4 member family. Was good but it could be better.

Good

There are a lot of options available at breakfast. Coffee / tea is available all day in the lobby. The rooms are very spacious.

The wifi does not work at the property. FYI - the property is hard to find as the sign is up high and blends into the building.

Fine until I was double charged.

It was just fine.

I paid online and then I was made to pay again when I checked out. I told the desk person that I had already paid online but was told it didn’t show up on the computer and I had to pay again but it would be straightened out if I double paid. I kept an eye on my bank statements and saw that I was double charged. I had to call twice before it was finally straightened out. I’m appreciative of it being taken of but confused how it happened in the first place. The cavalier attitude of the desk person to say just pay again and it’ll get straightened out later was unacceptable. I had the means to be double charged and not have problems with my my bank account but what about those living paycheck to paycheck and an overdraft would affect them? I don’t travel much but I just found it unbelievable and quite frankly unacceptable that such a classy hotel wouldn’t have safeguards against double charging customers.

Very nice, clean and friendly staff; loved our room.

Breakfast was wonderful, lots of great choices. I liked the fact of having a separate bedroom. It was located almost walking distance from many great restaurants!! It was very clean and I loved the shower!

I will stay at this hotel and this hotel chain in the future

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and larger than expected. My only regret was that I didn't have a longer stay there.

Paying 29$ to park - that is not fair at all. If I had known I would not have stayed here. We thought parking was free for guest! Very unhappy with that!

For a family with kids the breakfast is great! We also loved the pool. Very clean and nice.

Our check in experience was not super - the front desk person told us the wrong information and we ended up switching rooms the next day which was a pain.
