The price, cleanliness, and location
The shower. The water was either ice cold or scalding hot. No happy medium. But other than that everything was great

The staff made things easy and accommodating. The room has been updated and had a space heater.
The two beds were considerably different in Room 9 and i didn't discover this until after my 2nd of 3 nights in the room. The bed I started on was very uncomfortable and noisy. The alternate bed was cozy and felt like a pillow top mattress. Be sure to check both beds before you make your choice!

It was close to where I was working.
No contact with the staff while I stayed. The room was infested with ants and when I called the number given on the window of the office no one returned my calls. I ended up checking out 15 days early because of the conditions and lost 1800.00 dollars. I'm not happy. When I tried to get a refund for the stays I was repeatedly told to call back and in the end the owner said I would need to have a 3 way call between the owner, his staff and myself. I have been traveling for work for over 7 years and I have never been so dissatisfied. Do not stay here.

Location was close to Duffy’s and Seal Rock Nursing Home where we spent the majority of our time.
All looked very good when we arrived.
The time came to close the shades and that was a mess…the vertical slat shades wouldn’t swing closed properly.
In the morning, after waking to light and sun in our faces, the coffee maker did not work. I went to the office and requested another coffee maker and it was brought over within 5 minutes. It was now time to microwave my breakfast but the microwave didn’t work. I was going back to the office when I noticed my neighbor packing his car. He was kind enough to zapp my breakfast for 1 minute. The room was very clean and tidy. We left a tip for cleaners not wanting to blame them for
vertical shades, coffee maker and microwave. We were in room 8.
I hope owners replace vertical slat shades and microwave.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable.
I have debated writing this because I don't like to contribute to anyone losing money, especially as tight as times are right now, but I always read reviews and make my choices based on that information. My experience was nothing like what I read in the reviews prior to booking, so I feel obligated to share my experience. When I checked in, the cigarette smoke in the office was so thick I could hardly breathe. The lady who checked me in had no idea what she was doing and seemed a little drunk. She asked me my name three times. She kept telling me my card was declined. I told her about five times that I reserved and paid via Booking.com. She continued to tell me my card was declined. She walked over to show me and I don't know whose paperwork she had but it wasn't mine. I told her my name a fourth time. She finally got it right and gave me my key. I walked up to the door of the room and there were cigarette butts everywhere, and someone had left their pack outside my door. The curtain on the window was useless. There was not a single light in the room other than the bathroom light. I called as soon as I noticed (around 6 pm) and got the answering machine. It said office hours were 8 am to 8 pm, and that if I was calling outside of hours I needed to walk over and get the number of the paper stuck to the office door. The message said if I was calling within office hours that I should leave a message and they would get back to me WITHIN 24 HOURS. Nobody ever called me or came to bring me any kind of lamp, etc. It gets dark early in October so I was stuck leaving the bathroom door open the entire time and using the light from my phone. There was mildew in the shower. *Edit: see attached photo of my receipt. Added it because owner decided to say my card declined, I was drunk, and she felt sorry for me so she let me stay. Look at both reviews and notice her stellar spelling and grammatical skills and tell me which one of us is likely the...

We booked a studio with cooking facilities, and it was exactly what we needed. Well stocked with utensils and pans and well located for local supermarkets. It was also clean and comfortable.

It was affordable
I was arriving late, and told that room A would be unlocked with the key inside waiting for me. But when we got there, someone else was in room A. After nearly an hour of phone calls, I was finally able to reach the staff and they told me room 16. It was open, and certainly nothing to write home about. Multiple hairs all over the bed pillow was not how I had hoped to start my night

The size of the Cabin was way bigger than expected. It was clean. You smelled the clean as soon as you walked in the door. Close to the beach. Great price.
That their is not a staff member on site moat of the time.

The staff were nice and very helpful, the rooms are well kept and very clean and the area is so peaceful! Great price for the length of time I stayed and the room was fully equipped with what I needed on the day to day.
The wifi wasn't the best, it was weak on the best of days and on others there was barely a connection.
