Good

Location was ok. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Facility needs some updating but nothing that could upset my trip. If I am in the area again I will definitely stay over here again

A perfect short vacation to Philly!

I travelled solo to Philly for the first time, tbh. Before coming to this hotel I wasn't sure about this place. But the moment I checked-in it was all smooth. The front desk staff was quick and friendly. They gave me a good view room. The breakfast was really good. Thanks to Nita and the housekeeping team for cleaning my room within time. Absolutely recommended! Taylor

Please alow pets at your hotel. I wish I could bring mine. The front desk guy said that soon you guys are going to allow it. If yes I'm all in at your hotel.

The building and rooms are not clean and there seems to be an ant infestation.

The bed seemed clean.

The hotel was dirty. The room was dirty. There were clumps of hair on the floor and many ants. It was not a comfortable stay at all.

Horrible

The place was dirty. Laminate peeling off the doors. Chairs with missing wheels, management was missing in action, and I never received my refund for leaving a day early. I will never stay at that hotel again nor use booking. Com. No one could resolve the issues or even acted as if the wanted to.

No frills, affordable and pleasant.

The location, the price and free breakfast

That there could have been more furniture in the room. There was open space with nothing. I could have used a bench or table with chair beside the small desk as when you travel with a family we need more seating and more space for I think the hotel could have placed beautiful pictures of Widener University on the walls and market more towards the school. Step up the cleaning and small details In The room it will go a long way.

Horrible and unsafe

The person behind the counter was not friendly at all. They seemed frustrated that we were there and that they had to help us in checking in. The person who drives the shuttle was also not very nice and seemed like he could care less if we had a ride to the airport the next day. The room was updated but was not in very good shape. The bathroom was updated but not very clean. There was a constant loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom the entire time we tried to sleep. Come to find out it was the fan in the building that helps with ventilation for all the bathrooms. Also when we arrived the night of our stay it was alarming to see a homeless lady camping out right by the front door. She had loads of clothes and stuff with her and appeared to be very high. She was waiving a bra around and was asking us for money. The over all experience was horrible and I would never ever stay at this hotel again and would advise all guests stay clear of this hotel.

Superb

Bed was freshly made. Very comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillow

There were lots and lots of little tiny ants all over the floor. Not just in one spot. They were everywhere. I almost had to ask for another room. It was late when I checked in though so I didnt know if anything would be available plus I was really really tired. Floor was also filthy!! Needed to be mopped badly. My socks were black after walking around in there with no shoes on.

the room was filthy! the bathroom door was so badly damaged the nob didn't work and the door wouldn't close. the shower was dirty to the point I would not let my family use it! if I wasn't 2 hours away from home at 11pm I would have left and drove home there were ants everywhere in the room I would not let my family walk around without shoes on and I couldn't put anything on the floor! oh and someone might want to look into the air filter system because I'm pretty sure my entire family woke with a contact HIGH from all the pot being smoked on the 4th floor! this stay was horrible and I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Nothing!

the bed bugs, people screaming and fighting in the hall way, room full of dust bunnies, room was 100% was not clean, bed spreads were stained, no trashcans in rooms, smelled like cigarettes, room keys did not work.

The front desk clerk!! And the Bed was Awesome

Room was dusty, need to clean more around the bed. Also check the floors. The bathroom shower could be cleaner
