Superb

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing It felt very cozy and relaxing with high end accents. We ordered room service from the Steakhouse and it was worth every single dime. The shower is roomy and the rain shower head felt great after a long day at ABC Supply Stadium. I will absolutely stay here again.

The fireplace in our room was not working. But no big deal when it is 90 degrees outside. And housekeeping was very load in the hallway in the morning and they left their cart blocking the elevators when they saw us carrying all our luggage to check out. But again these are very minor complaints.

Cool spot in Beloit

Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and the decor was fun and rustic. Location was good for us, too. Free breakfast was fine and got the job done.

The elevator was slow at times. Would liked to have stayed longer!

The room was convenient and comfortable.

Very helpful. Texted when room was available. Suggested places nearby to eat. The breakfast was skimpy. Nothing to drink since I don’t like hot beverages. Would have liked some juice & fruit.

Nice room, service was weak. Felt like we were being buckle dimed at every corner!

The breakfast was a joke. One of the worst ever.

Cold scones, cupcakes and microwave oatmeal is not a breakfast

Lovely hotel, beautifully located on the Rock River.

We love your hotel. We have stayed there a number of times over the past few years. The staff is friendly and helpful and we love our rooms every time.

Beautiful hotel!

Check in process was clugy. I had to argue for the room that I actually booked through Booking.com. Glass tile came lose in the shower and cut my husband's foot. In the end the hotel did try to correct these issues.

Lovely place, lovely people, glad to have been there.

Breakfast and location were wonderful

Well some of the furniture in our room was a little beat up. The coffee table in particular was pretty beaten up.

Nice place to stay but avoid special events

Very stylish and the view is impressive. Location is wonderful Kid enjoyed the super screen of TV The sound insulation is poor

Breakfast is disappointing, maybe due to the pandemic. Happen to stay with a wedding event and the noise continue d till 11:30pm

No breakfast is served.. dining room is closed in the am. Not possible in reserving a table in the evening either. This place is more interested in serving their wedding guests. This is not a hotel, nor a bed and breakfast.. it is just a bed

Exceptional

The room was great, all of the restaurants and bars within walking distance and the restaurant/ bar down stairs was very nice.

The parking situation was awful. Yes it was free, but I was unable to park in front of the hotel, I was instructed to park in front of the building next door. Completely unsecured and unattached from the facility.

Superb

We were made to feel very welcome especially with our dog. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent.

The only thing that I didn't like was the very slow elevator. (Very minor inconvinence)

Bad

The only good thing was when you walked in the door

The room was dirty the bathroom was disgusting the shower had some matt in the bottom it was dirty. The towels had stains. The sheets on the bed smelled like dust, not sure if the room just sat for a while or they just use dirty water to clean them? One set of sheets had some kind of stain on them. When your sitting in the room you can hear the cars and motorcycles racing up and down the street it like they are in the room with you it makes it a bit difficult to sleep. The people working the front desk with the accept the two young adults were not very friendly. The elevator is so slow we waited 3 minutes for it to come up to the 4th floor. When I checked out I told the lady working about the issues she just said sorry to hear that, really that’s your response how about can you show me what your concerns are take 5 minute to engage the customer. And as for the free breakfast and your free paper all I can say is the breakfast was basically carbs and really weak coffee, I never say a paper.
