I was expecting better quality from a Hyatt.

The location was nice. We are within walking distance of several eating and shopping locations.

The shower was moldy. There was a empty water bottle under the bathroom counter indicating poor cleaning. The elevator was not working. And I paid $30 for a mixed drink and a beer from the so called bar that was ran by the front desk staff.

Not worth the money

The area

The beds was very uncomfortable and the breakfast bar was always empty…30 min wait at the front desk to check in or ask a question…I was put in a room w/ no lighting..

The property is in a great location. The room and bathroom were superb in size!

The room we had, 232, had an exposed smoke alarm with wires hanging out. That is a serious safety hazard and should be fixed immediately. Also, the remote was sticky and had not been cleaned properly. The beds slept comfortably;however there were strands of hair while pulling back the sheets.

First room had a broken toilet and clock. Had to change rooms. They could not get me a receipt at checkout.

Hyatt is always my first choice of stay when I come to this area.

I've stayed at this location multiple times, but this was my first time since Covid restrictions have been lifted. Breakfast was good, but busy. I don't know if the staff is prepared for the weekend rush, but they did a good job of trying to keep things moving and breakfast stocked.

Parking is always a bit much. People make their own parking spots which are sometimes in the way as you are looking for an actual parking spot.

We would stay here again

The man that checked us in was super nice and very helpful! We loved that our whole family could stay in one room since there was a couch with a hide a bed. Our dogs were also welcome.

The beds were just okay. The tub and shower need an upgrade.

Inconvenience

Had to wait for room to be cleaned. Elevators were not working and I couldn’t take stairs for to handicap.

It was a Safe Over Night Stay; but No Clean as I expect.

Breakfast was not complementary

I REALLY DID NOT LIKE (1) SEEING DIRTY ELEVATOR FLOORS and (2) THE BED LINEN JUST DID NOT SPELL GOOD AT ALL. MY CLOTHES HAD AN ODOR - THE SMELL WAS A VERY UNFRESH SMELL - I ENDED UP COVERING THE PILLOW WITH A MY OWN TOWEL THAT I BROUGHT IN ORDER TO SLEEP, and (3) I had to put a BATH TOWEL IN THE CHAIR, IT WAS NASTY.

Excellent stay, but the breakfast didn't meet expectations

Breakfast was okay. Although it could've been better! Limit choices on Thursday morning, no waffle iron, UNACCEPTABLE..After eating breakfast the first morning of our stay, we decided to eat out during the duration of our stay!

Aside from some concerns $/,&__

The staff was amazing! Jerome, the Asst. Manager, Ariana and Angel, at the front desk, Kimberly, in the kitchen & food service area, Emmanuel, in maintenance, and all other staff who I can't name, were amazing. All were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and never hesitated to exceed our expectations.

The bathroom in our room needs work. The shower tile was corroded, poorly done, and certainly not to the standard that I'd expect for the Hyatt.

The staff and the breakfast was awesome!

Our tub water control nozzle wasn't functioning correctly. We had to work with it for several minutes each bath to get the water temp right and when cutting it off
