Very quiet &we feel safe there.

Close to everything.

The smell of the room really bothered me.whatever they spray with was really strong.

There was a good continental breakfast included in the price which came as a surprise; there was no mentioning of breakfast in booking confirmation. The elderly Lady that looked after the breakfast buffet was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in a quite environment. Walmart an other shops are in close proximity. Ample parking.

overall ok but we wouldn’t go back

generally nice hotel, staff all friendly. air con unit was brand new and super quiet . parking free and hotel right next to Walmart

musty smell in room, pet friendly probably why. bed uncomfortable and small for a double. breakfast was minimal. rooms being refitted with wood floors on ground floor, they worked until 10pm at night on a room right below us.

OK place to spend a night close to Zephyrhills.

Of course you need a car to get around, but this is the US... also, as a European, the room design and furnishings are maybe not up to what we expect. But, again, this is the US, for better or worse.

The location was perfect. Dog fee seemed high. Room was clean but could be improved upon

Much to be desired. Especially paying a high rate for a lower level facility.

Location was fine. The breakfast items were not the freshest but the lady helping was very very nice.

I have no idea how the reviews were high, PLUS I paid 40 to 50 dollars over the posted rate so I felt it was because the place was very nice. Also i did not have my service dog so no idea if they charged more for a pet I did not have. The facility is aged with alot of deferred maintenance. My room had to be changed because the TV did not work. Another person got keys to a room that was occupied. Someone else had water issues. Also it is a non smoking room and floor and the person that had to come upstairs did not even react to the strong smell of pot from the room next door. i really think that Microtel or booking.com should honor the lower posted rated.

Very good

We like how we weren't too far from good places to eat. Breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool wasn't clean. The elevator stopped working and we had to use the stairs a lot.

Because of the toilet it was and uncomfortable stay

When i got in the room i had used tissue for my nose flushed it and the toilet didn't flush. I went to the desk at first they were going to move me which they should have done but the manager said the maintenance guy is here and we will send him. first I think one of the maids came in looked at it and tried looking inside the bowl. She said the maintenance guy will be here soon. I waited around 15 minutes I had things to do so I went to the desk and said the guy never showed so move me, please. The nice lady behind the desk said let me get the snake and try that. She came in said yes something was jammed put the snake it ...it fixed (for the minute) .. Before using the toilet that night i put 2 tissues in and flushed it was jammed again. So i couldn't use the toilet for the night I told them at the desk the next morning it's still jammed. I should have been moved right away

Bathroom sink was clogged, front desk girl came and repaired it, maintance was to follow up as the sink was leaking, they never followed up,sink leaking all week, microwave was missing plate inside otherwise all was well,front desk girl was very helpful all week

First off, Fantasticly Great staff all the way through! Contenental breakfast satisfies, super clean!

Side door is exit only,butI'm assuming this is for security reasons.

Very poor

Everything was broken and in disrepair my family got chased out the pool cause another guest filled it with friends drinking using foul language in front of my kids will never stay here again the seat in front of my room window and the chairs where covered in stains my refrigerator was completely frozen over full of frosted ice all but one employee was rude and inattentive more worried about the cigarette then their guest
