Breakfast was good, not great.
Location was perfect!
Staff were exceptional!
I liked it all!

The room was nice. The location to FGCU where my daughter attends was AMAZING!
They served the same breakfast every morning of my 4 day stay—turkey sausage Patties, which I dislike. The pool is so tiny and only 4 1/2 feet deep and had a basketball court beside it—not relaxing at all and it felt like a ‘kiddie pool’. There was also construction on the entire floor above me! I was never told about the construction, and it woke me up every single morning of mice day. I plan to write a letter to the hotel to complain. I was not happy with this trip at all.

i was charged a 5 star price for 2 star service . if i’m being charged $410 for a king room , I expect maid service and fresh towels daily . I would never stay here again

What breakfast? There wasn’t any.
This was partially not their fault. We were there during Hurricane Ian. But I’m 85 and my disabled daughter is 58. After the power went out, there were NO LIGHTS in the hallways and the only way out was down the steps at the end of the building. Our refrigerated food was spoiled. It took us 17 trips down the hall, down 2 flights of steps, out the door and around the tennis court and the pool to get to our car which was parked in a handicap parking space. No help from the staff. Couldn’t even take my medication for 2 days. No running water in the unit. Couldn’t flush the toilet. And they had the nerve to charge us over $1,000 for our stay. I called and asked about the charges and they said there was NOTHING they could do about it.

6.0
The location, the pool, the size of the room, and the staff were very nice and helpful
The rooms are extremely bright at night, it is very noisy at all hours, the kitchen left a lot to be desired and the beds were wildly uncomfortable

I loved the receptionist Ana! She was totally amazing! The location was great. The fact that everything was there, 2-6 minute walk. I stayed one night and I was so disappointed with myself because I wish I could have booked for a longer stay. The pool could be a little bigger, to small but it was nice hang out spot. The room was great, with the kitchen. The kitchen had everything I needed.
That I only booked one night instead of 2 or 3.

Very close to the airport and there is a shuttle service. Great restaurants near by within walking distance.
Due to covid there is no hot food service, we did get a bag breakfast that was loaded with food.
