Stay Away!

location was closest to where I wanted to be

Staff mean and nasty at checkin, very disappointing room, even though the reservation was just made, they wouldn't allow a cancellation

Practical and close to the hospital that we had a family member in.

The internet did not work for us in our room. They went out of their way to try and fix things. When they couldn't get it to work, they helped us move to and set up in another room. They are a very nice couple. The place is located right next to the Brick diner, which we ate at multiple times.

The rooms are dated and small, nothing fancy. They could use luggage racks in the rooms. We had to put our suitcase on the ironing board. The brochure said the rooms had carpeting but they do not.

It's an OK place in a convenient location.

Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient. I have stayed at this facility before. I was satisfied with the size and comfort of the room.

Several things in the room were broken (drawers out of alignment, a wobbly refrigerator that could have been in danger of falling over). At one point there were bugs in the bathtub although the staff cleaned that up. On one evening I came back to the facility at 7 p.m. but my room hadn't been made up yet. The staff members were very apologetic and they raced to get my room made up and tidied and cleaned.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We didn't stay because the hotel was filty, including the sheets. I try to get my funds back but never got it.

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick.

The price was high for what it was, but less than other rooms around so I guess it was fair.

the family that runs it are great people the room was not work 246. I was mortified by the appearance

the chair for the desk was disgusting. they should throw it out and buy a chair it is 20. also one of the dresser was missing a handle.

way overpriced, facility was ok for what we needed

the bed was comfy

way overpriced for what you’re getting, not enough pillows and there was an old used wet towel hanging in the bathroom when we got there

this is not a good place to stay and wouldn’t stay here it’s not worth the money just wanted a decent place for my famil

i liked the way we were able to walk a lot of places

first of all our sheets were dirty,and before we had all of our stuff out they threw our food and Starbucks stuff away as well as new food tv didn’t work correctly and not willing to do things for people really bad experience

Staff was nice, accommodated a downstairs room switch for my handicapped mother. Had a refrigerator & microwave

Parking sucked, not enough spaces for every room, room was super small & cramped, desk chair broken, beds up so high you need a stool to get in so only the broken desk chair to sit in for 3 people, room so small air conditioner blew right in your face while trying to sleep it was horrible, no way to redirect air, shower sucked, would only book again out of last resort necessity

Not very clean, nowhere to hang clothes,no lamps on nightstands,fridge noises,no extra toilet paper,an exterminator showed up to treat the room while occupied,mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet.ROOM WAS A STINKY SMOKING ROOM-WE WILL NEVER RETURN-BIG MISTAKE!

I like how fast the service is and how close it is to a diner.

The fridge was so loud we had to unplug it while we were in the room.

Exactly what I expected for the money. Basic, functional decent motel.

The location was good for my needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I screwed up my reservation and they fixed it promptly. I needed an extra day and they said no problem. Walk across the parking lot to a diner.

The room was very blah. Grey, cold lighting, nothing on the walls. Not inviting at all. The bed was just OK. I had to go to Target to buy some cleaning supplies for the bathroom. There was pee on the toilet.

the bed worked

the prior guest or whirs was in the room last had left feces on the toilet seat. i called the front desk and the woman who answered REFUSED to clean it or even give me cleaning materials to clean it myself. and the shower was filthy. DO NOT STAY HERE. GILTBY AND DISGUSTING
