Friendly staff, convenient parking, comfortable bed, able to open window for air.
When I chose the room through Booking, initially the price for 3 nights was listed at $311. When I clicked on “reserve”, the price immediately jumped to $356. I started the process over again and the same thing happened. I took the room at the higher price, but felt badly about the way it came about.

Mattress on King bed and the spacious feeling of the room.
The eggs at breakfast…yuk!

We’d heard Madison Inn was the place to stay, especially when in Spokane for medical appts. The hotel is right next to Sacred Heart, fun restaurants, close enough to downtown but far enough away to be quiet & very safe! The staff is exceptional in every way, personable, professional & helpful. The gentleman scraped snow from our car windows for us this morning! The rooms are clean, spacious & quiet & breakfast is great. We’ve stayed 4 times now & each time, we’re impressed!

The bed was so cozy, the room was large, and everything was very clean! I loved it. The breakfast was also much more extensive than I expected, although I wasn't able to have any.

The location of the property as well as the location of my room

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and made you feel at home.
The breakfast was disappointing no cream for coffee and on Sunday they ran out of Biscuits and Gravy. They had sausage and potatoes but no eggs.

Warm and inviting. Great beds. Firmer than I'm used to by so comphy.. Pillows are great as well. Nearby food as well as a bar. It's was a quick stop on the way to Montana for a family emergency. It was exactly what we needed to get a good night's rest.
Nothing. It was a very nice stop over.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful with many options such as a variety of breads, sausage, fried potatoes, delicious egg white omelets, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs and a selection of cereals and drinks. Food was refreshed often. Free parking was a bonus. It is close to restaurants and across the street from a hospital, making it easy for those who have a loved one in the hospital. Overall, it was a very positive experience and this will become our hotel of choice when we visit family in the area.
Would have liked a couple of extra blankets in the room. We did stay warm enough with the heater, but one of us likes the room cooler than the other, do an extra blanket would have been nice so we could have turned the heat down, and both still been comfortable. There is a restaurant next door with some outside seating and that was a bit loud the first night, but the noise didn't last long, and that is out of the hotel's control. If you are bothered by noise, you might ask for a room on the opposite end away from the restaurants.

The lady that checked us in when we got here was really nice and very patient. The room was clean, and stocked and very comfortable. And my husband has a service dog and the staff has been very respectful. I would definately recommend this hotel.
Wishing that they had a swimming pool!

A little hard to get there.

We had no problem

The breakfast was good as was the location to the hospital.
There were dogs barking in the room across from us for the entire day. The staff did not address the issue. I was told, by the front desk person, that everyone else had been moved because of this issue yet we were not. There wasn't hot water to take a shower in the morning. Unfortunately, we won't be staying there again. The price that we paid was not worth it. At all.

Staff. Coffee available all the time. Recliner in the room
Oatmeal for breakfast.
Cookies in the evening.

I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY TO ATTEND TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY. THE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER COULD NOT TELL ME IF I WOULD GET A REFUND FOR THE FOUR NIGHTS THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE THERE. HOPEFULLY THERE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM.
YOU HAVE TO GET TO BREAKFAST EARLY OR MOST OR ALL OF THE FOOD WILL BE GONE, OR RESUPPLY OF FOOD IS VERY SLOW. I SAW LOTS OF GUESTS TAKING EXTRA FOOD OUT AFTER THEY HAD THERE BREAKFASTS.
