The room was clean and nice. Everything worked as intended. The location was the best part, very close to the strip but far enough back that nothing kept us awake.
The stairs were rusty with parts missing. The filter for the pool and hot tub were not secure so my daughter fell through it and nearly went face first down the stairs. Our room was not cleaned. The website said they provided breakfast but that’s apparently only available during the week. Not weekends. While I don’t have an issue with dogs or pets, the walls are thin enough that the small dog down the hall barking all day kept up my kids during nap.

Location and staff. Bartender at pool was awesome.
Pool chairs are worn out. Time for new ones.

Breakfast was good. Location was good
Dirty shower curtain. Ceiling Light rattling all night when people walked around above us.

Beds was comfortable
Rude staff. Our golf cart was stolen and staff actually laughed about it and wasn't help at all!

I really enjoyed the bar downstairs by the pool and hot tub area and that we were able to purchase a golf cart and check in early. The staff was also very friendly.
The free breakfast could have been better it was only cold cereal granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. They needed to add warm food items

The hotel was 10-15 min walk from the center so it was a quieter area.
Way over priced for what you get. When I booked the hotel, it says that it offers breakfast. But at the hotel, they said they only offer breakfast during the week not, on the weekends. The hotel floor seemed dirty. The floor was wobbly, the mattresses were worn out, the pillows were flat, the shower was weak. The pool was under our room and was noisy with music until 1 am, though it says in their website that it is supposed to be quiet after 11 pm.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, things worked and the bed was comfortable.
No coffee pot, no microwave or even a clock in the room. The pool was freezing. The staff had no access to the drinks at the pool bar.

The staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The location was close to downtown but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet.
The pool bar and hot tub were not open as advertised and this is one of the primary reason I chose this location over other less expensive locations. The bar and hot tub being closed was very disappointing

loved the location of the property! enjoyed the nice hot shower in the morning!
the bed was not very comfy, bathroom could use a little updating/painting.

The weather was nice. The staff was friendly, but most of the problems were not their fault. From what I saw the rooms were clean.
The rooms were small and over priced. No microwave in the room we stayed at. All the facilities were closed, pool and hot tub. It was 75 to 80 degrees out and no pool? You have to travel to another place for a pool. The breakfast consisted of stale mini muffins and cereal. Most places use the cop out of Covid safety to explain away the reason to not have a decent breakfast. For the price we paid on a off time breakfast should have been more adequate. There wasn't even a coffeepot to make coffee.

I hadn't stayed here in years, and it was just as nice as I remembered! The lady at the front desk was awesome and picked us up from the ferry dock (this was off season so this may not be an option if you are staying during peak). It was very cold and we originally intended to walk since we enjoy long walks but changed our minds when it started sleeting. Prices were on par with other island hotels. We visited when literally everything but this hotel and one bar were closed. It was a lot of fun seeing the island on the very very off season. We did walk to the ferry the next day to leave, it was about a 30 minute walk if you are curious. Would stay again.

nothing!
The noisy refrigerator, the noisy heater, dirty carpet, bunched up carpet, would trip on it every time you enter the room! every time! Toilet seat had some sort of stain on top of it! The first day there or I should say the next morning the coffee look like ice tea! breakfast really was not breakfast it was more like a snack! extremely disappointing!

It was very close to where we were spending our time.
The shower head was GONE, and it was LOUD and whistling..
Our television did not work.
