Woman at the desk spoke in a rude tone when I came in, after not saying anything for a while even though I said hello to her. She then told me to sit down and wait until she was ready. The water only went into the tub, no shower. The water only got lukewarm. The bed covers were not on and the sheets continued to pull off through the night. I went to put them back on and there was blood on the mattress.

Could not stay with no drain in the sink. How to sleep if no way to clean up after a long day?

The drain in the sink should have been checked when turning the room or not available to reserve.

We had to checkout not even an hour after being there

Nothing

There was broke glass on the bed and the floor. The bed didn’t look as if it was changed. There were stains on the pillow cases. The tub had black around the jets. It was very unclean. The room was very hot when we walked in. We couldn’t even stay there bc of all the glass. Told the person working and they gave us another room which was worse. So we ended up checking out bc we weren’t going to sleep there

Wouldn’t stay again .

I liked the location.

The breakfast bar only had one kind of cereal, no milk , waffles and plain bagels that’s it . Our room never got cleaned during our stay , the only made the bed with the same sheets .Bed sheets had burn holes in them . Lamps in the room had rust all over them . The bathroom was updated but was streaky and still grimy.

Okay price. Relatively low quality hotel overall. Budget, for sure.

Room was fine, overall. Bathroom okay. Non smoking, that for once did not smell of smoke.

Towels were stained. Rooms not made up until late afternoon. Pool was locked and had to request it to be opened. The toilet blocked, and flooded the bathroom floor. Manager 'cleaned' it up with towels. He thought he was done, but I had to insist that he clean the floor properly since it was TOILET WATER on the floor. Cleaners came back to do a rather poor job.

Overall I didn’t hate this hotel they just need to work on some things I’ll definitely stay here again in the future

I was able to book a room last minute after my other reservation was canceled at another hotel

They didn’t sweep the floors in my room. I had to play with the shower 20 minutes just so I could shower in hot water.The breakfast station is a definite 3/10

Dirty hotel close to where we needed to be

Good location. Retail and restaurants nearby, and about 20 minutes from the beach.

Hotel is dirty. Carpets are very stained. Paint in room peeling. Trash was left in hallway.

The staff at the desk was kind and tried to help.

The room was dirty. I found empty chips bags behind the nightstand. The bed cover and carpets all had visible stains/spills. The room did not get wifi. It was full bars in the hallway and nothing when sitting on the beds.

reservation was never made and we had to sleep on the street

well for one.. my reservation was a fraud.. never got to stay in the room, they never got the booking and i was left to sleep on the street in my car

i loathed it all.. reserved a room month in advance to find out the holiday inn never had my reservation made thru here.. i feel a bit scammed and upset my wife and I sleept on the street inour car..

Manager came said he would take care of the concerns. Came back and nothing was done

This experience was horrible. I have stayed multiple Wyndham hotels and this was the worst that experience that I have had. The room was filthy.

The sheets had burn holes in them. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Had big tv in the room but screen wouldn’t size up to fit the screen.

Disappointing

My kid was playing with a ball in the room and it rolled behind the bed. We moved the bed and found drug paraphernalia ( needle, bottle cap with a substance in it. pair of panties that was NOT ours! random wash cloth). So then I pulled the other bed from the wall as well as the night stand and found more concerning items. I understand I didnt pay much and probably shouldnt expect much but at the same time, staff should really consider double checking the rooms. We had only 2 towels when i specifically made sure that i put 4 guests, one of the beds was missing a blanket. The front desk staff were very dead pan, did not greet and got upset that i said i needed 2 more towels.

The location was okay.

the room was trashed, had blood on the sheets, the carpets were stained really bad, the sink leaked in the bathroom, the smell was horrible, there were ashes all over the room, the curtains were horribly stained, the ac didn’t work hardly at all, called management to look at our sink and he put a garbage can under it and said to let it leak in there. the place could use some updating, and if it got updated it could be a great hotel.

Was told to leave before payment was processed I insist criminal charges are placed on the owner of the property 2 reservation were paid for and I was thrown out. I want the owner to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law . I have constitutional rights that will be upheld. Updated not

a clean and comfortable place to stay upon arriving to the area

it was nice on the outside and convenient to everything downtown

slightly outdated and a little rundown in the rooms. also the breakfast area isn’t kept stocked and the guests are disgusting pigs but that’s not the hotel’s fault. it looked like a storm swept through this morning in the waffle maker area. the people using it had zero consideration for others and left a mess everywhere while taking all the syrup and waffle mix for themselves. no one needs 6 waffles each. no one.
