The worst place to stay!!!!

the location was great in the center of menu options for food.

The staff. Monica I’m not sure if she was the owner but her attitude was bad. my room did not get clean one day and I asked for clean towels she basically questioned that maybe I was in the room (putting the blame on me ) and the cleaning people didn’t come in because of that. I explained no one came to our room. After further discussion she finally said well if you want clean towels you need to bring the towels to me and you could check out tomorrow if you want, never did I mention I wanted to check out I just wanted clean towels. If I familiar with the stress and not getting moved around in Lyft I would have checked in to a different location. I needed to shower so I had to go back to my room and come down and then get clean towels. Otherwise I would not get any. I did the cleaning person’s working. The pillows were flat and old. The good things about this place was the air worked perfectly. It was so hot but the ai it bearable. I will never stay here!!! Many other choices available that would be a better choice. The building is old and dirty outside. Run do not stay a this location you will regret it.

Rooms need an upgrade. Pillows were flat. Roaches in restroom. Someone came into the room while we were asleep, I guess trying to clean. No "do not disturb" tags available.

Won’t be staying here again!

Bad service. We got there 3 mins prior to check in at 3pm and said we needed to wait. After waiting the 3 mins we went to check in and our reservations couldn’t be found making us wait another 30 minutes. When we got to our room, it smelled of strong cigarette odor and had some trash still on the floor.

I could've really been a lot better.

Parking, the location of the room itself, there was cable, and good lighting.

The dingy old stained towels, the no hot shower water, hard old bed mattresses, and ugly, old, and beat up furniture.

Our first room had a broken toilet. We were given another room and it only had one working lamp

No Lobby. Only contact was thru the night window and waiting after ringing

Several Light bulbs out, water closet had to be filled by lifting the lid TV remote inoperable

adequate, but no coffee option in the room was a deal killer for us.

COVID diligent.

did not provide any coffee or tea in the room. I understand that they aren’t providing food due to COVID. but there is no reason they can’t put coffee makers and basic coffee supplies in the room. I’ve never been at a hotel that doesn’t provide a coffee maker in the room if they don’t offer coffee in a cafe. we won’t return, due to that.

The only convenience is how close the motel is to Walmart (across the street).

There were large and small cockroaches in the two rooms we booked. The mattresses and pillows were dirty and stained. You know the ugly old yellow/brown pillows you may have after years of use and sweat at night? That's what the pillows looked like. They were flat, brown, dirty pancakes. The rooms were nonsmoking but reeked of cigarettes - the sheets, covers, and furniture all had various cigarette burns in both rooms. The toilet in one room did not run. The floors throughout both rooms was gritty and had lots of hair and small insects.
