The staff went above and beyond to get in touch with Booking.com for me. They were very friendly as well.
There were ants in the bathroom. There was a bug in the bed. The refrigerator did not keep my beverages cold. The wood on the closet door was swollen and would not close. There are no blinds on the bathroom window. Just a thin curtain. The room is very small. The room doesn't look anything like the picture. The beds are old. The bedspreads, carpet, chairs, etc. are outdated. The showerhead is about 7 feet up. My hair was soaked
It is way overpriced for the accommodations that are provided. There is no way in the office after 8p.m.

The location is great for driving to Sleeping Bear Dunes, and a cute little place to stop between towns.
The only thing was the shower drain wasn't draining fast enough. So make the showers quick!

I went here after a bunch of areas in the state lost power on a cold winter night. The room was small and cozy so it was easy to heat up with the thermostat. The bed and blankets were pretty good and I stayed warm.
The fire alarm was chirping every minute. However, I called the front desk and the battery was quickly replaced. Other than that had no issues.

Nice owner, Katie, very pleasant to work with. Will put key and ice in room for late arrivals. Nice clean no frills lodging. Very convenient to groceries, gas, food and the Sleeping Bear Dune National park.

The homey feeling and hospitality was great!!
Maybe invest in some “My Pillows” they are very versatile, comfortable and can be washed. They have a 10 year warranty !😍

Location was in the center of our activities & visiting w/family at another location. Loved the friendliness of office (Kate) & her sister. Great dog too!
Rooms were small but that was okay. Couldn’t easily find a breakfast location.

The location!

Central location to the area. Beds were comfortable although they are full size beds.
Small shower. Not an abundance of parking.

The room was very dated.

This stay was experiencing a version of the 1950-60s past - the "motel" with 12-20 "units". It was clean, but of course very small. Bathroom size reminded me of the size of those on a cruise ship.
This was unfortunately the highest priced stay during an 8-day road trip; this room was definitely not worth $215 and should be priced more like $75 at peak for the size and amenities (none - like no pool, no breakfast, etc).

The shower was amazing. The room was immaculately clean. The bed super comfortable.
No breakfast. Air conditioning didn’t run constantly making it hard to sleep with lack of white noise. The price was a little steep for the size of the room I had but I understand it’s a tourist area being so close to Sleeping Bear.

It was pricey for what was offered. I guess we were paying for the location

Great staff. Cleaning crew was great too.
No fan in bath, very humid in the room. Carpet actually felt damp.

Easy check in check out. Staff super nice.
Room outdated, fridge wasn’t working and tv remote wasn’t either. But I did not tell anyone as no one was in office at that time. But I’m sure if I had, they would’ve fixed it.

Perfect location for our weekend getaway, not far from Traverse, Fish Town and Glen Arbor!

Cute, small and quiet!
Nothing at all (:
