I liked the eco-friendly toiletries.
The outlets in the lamps on the nightstand didn’t charge my phone, so I woke up with an uncharged phone in the morning.

The location is perfect. It was very close to lots of restaurants and the freeway was just around the corner from it.
The room smelled like a wet dog. This was a problem the last time I stayed here. I had to end up buying room spray from the store to tolerate it during my stay. I would 100% recommend them to deep clean the carpets.

Hotel was convenient and the rooms were good.
The check in and check out process needs to be updated. I’ve never stayed somewhere where it took over 20min to check in because they have to physically go look at each room and do whatever they’re doing on the computer. We were in a rush to get ready for an event which made us have less time. Checking out also took too long for no reason.

Only thing that stayed high quality were breakfasts.
We have stayed here 2, 3 and 4 years ago. On those stays the hotel was much much cleaner. Don't know what happened to management. Rooms now aren't clean. Carpets, air conditioning less clean. Not fresh. What happened? Did ownership change? Or just management? Prices four times what we paid 2 years ago for much less. Swimming pool so chlorinated air gave mother skin hives and she was just sitting outside pool in thr room.

The service, free parking, and complimentary breakfast.
Suggestions: 1. A caution sign or label should be displayed around the wafer maker. Clients should be advised to hold/touch the waffle handle only.
2. The breakfast scramble egg was fantastic. We suggest not to add harm to the scrambled egg to accommodate your vegetarian clients.

The facilities were very clean! Staff was super friendly, even gave me an employees charger because mine broke.
The price was outrageous. Breakfast was sub-par.

the front desk staff was nice
wallpaper was coming off bathroom wall, noisy from other guests, charge for parking, no desk receptionist at check out, seemed too expensive for what was offered.

Staff were great. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was wonderful.
Bed was extremely low to the floor. It was hard to get out of bed. Bed and pillows had no support.

Very good location with reasonable price. Room was quiet and wasn't cold. Staffs were very friendly.
1.0
The room was set up well and the decor was nice. The bathroom was very roomy and had a good amount of counter space, which I like. It was clean for the most part and there was good lighting.
The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The pillows were sadly thin, with zero support in any form. I stacked 3 up, in order to have what would be equal to one typically normal pillow. The noise on our floor was absolutely beyond disturbing. There was repeated stomping up and down the hallway at all hours. The people in the room next to us had no respect for the fact that there were others who paid to stay there as well. They were beyond loud, TV blaring and themselves yelling over it to communicate with one another. It was a group of male and female adults. They were slamming doors and making noise all throughout the evening and night until after 2:30am when the party finally settled down. The front desk attendant did come up multiple times to ask them to be quiet, but the effort was not successful. These people should have been asked to leave the facility. This, on top of a miserably uncomfortable bed and pillows, made for the worst night I've ever had in a hotel, and I have traveled and stayed in many hotels in my lifetime. I literally got maximum one hour of sleep the entire night and had a long drive to make the next day with a young child. It was brutal. I will never stay here again.
The breakfast was alright, but the eggs and potatoes both had red and green peppers in them, which I can not eat, so those options were out of the question. The waffle options were good. There was no flavored coffee creamers offered so I made my own with the caramel and chocolate syrups that were available for the waffle fixings. It was time to get creative because I desperately needed my fill of coffee to get my day started, after a sleepless night and a sore back.
