The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. I especially appreciated the woman who checked me in and dealt with every issue I had. When we discovered that the TV didn’t work, she didn’t hesitate to move me across the hall to an equally comfortable room with working TV.
Needs a bit of maintenance attention. In my first room the fridge needed desperately to be defrosted. So much ice buildup that the door would barely close. It’s a really nice place that need some attention. That said, I would stay there again.

Room was clean and staff was friendly
Water pressure was low. Breakfast selection was meager, but the hotel appeared nearly empty so I understand why they didn’t have a lot to choose from.

Convenient and while it hailed our car was under awning.
No remote in room.

I used booking.com to book the hotel. I let the hotel know we would arrive between 11pm-12am. We arrived at 11:05 and the front desk told us that our room was not cleaned yet and we would have to wait. We had small children and were exhausted from driving. The hotel is available for check in at 4pm. At 11:35, our room was finally available for us. The bathroom toilet was filthy and looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned for months.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Randy checked me in and went out of his way to help accomodate us. The hotel is very nice and clean! The bed is super cozy!
I loved it, although there is not an elevator which wasn't an issue for us. The stairs are not many and pretty easy to navigate even with two bad knees.

The bathtub is a little dirty and don’t have the cap to soak in and play for my kids. And there is no adjustable shower head. So hard to take a bath for children. And I called three times front desk to help, but nobody answer the phone.

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast selections.

The breakfast was fine and had good choices overall.
We arrived and checked in late and were tired. So when we got into the room (which wasn't easy because the keyless entry was pretty cranky), it was very warm. We turned down the "air" as low as it could go and since it was a cooler night, it was livable. In the AM, steam from the shower set off the room's smoke detector (fun!). When I checked out, I alerted the desk staff (one man, one woman) to the smoke detector/shower situation and also said the AC didn't seem to be working. The man looked at the woman and said, "I have told everybody not to put people in that room because the AC is shot--no one should be booked into that room." Great. And then they just looked at me and blinked as I turned in my keys...welp, no offer of a discount... Whoopsy daisy... (um, don't stay in room on the first floor which I am pretty sure ends in the # 45).

The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
Amenities that were the main reason for staying we’re not available. Rooms weren’t clean, we had adjoining rooms and one had a brush and trash underneath the bed. The other room had some food, trash underneath the bed.

Clean, relevant, accommodating. On a six day road trip. This was the best value for the money.

I left before breakfast but had a good night's sleep in a clean and secure room.
The walls are very thin and you could hear nearby guests, one coughing his lungs out and another with a screaming kid.

I had stayed here the previous week on my way to a ski vacation in Steamboat Springs. On the initial stay I thought everything was fine and the price was great. On the way home from Colorado I pulled off I-80 to buy gas in Sidney. When I was ready to return to the highway it was closed because of blowing snow and high winds. I went back to Country Inn & Suites and got stuck in their parking lot. I got on booking.com, fortunately I remembered their wi-fi password from my previous stay, and I booked again at a great rate. I ended up staying another night, because upon awakening I-80 was still closed.
My car was stuck in their unplowed parking lot, and they did not have a shovel available. This time they placed me on the 2nd floor, and they do not have an elevator. The wi-fi on the 2nd floor was sporadic they suggested I come down to the lobby to connect and then take my phone and laptop back to my room. When I-80 was still closed the next morning, I decided to stay another day and watch the NCAA tournament. I had to book again through booking.com because they said they could not just renew the same rate.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Good access through rear entrance and good areas for pets.
Sometimes hard to get in touch with front desk and the breakfast was very lacking. Wifi was mostly unusable.

The staff at this location is always so kind and helpful. We stay here several times each year. Even when we have had issues they resolved them immediately. This most recent stay, our original room wasn't clean, but we were promptly moved to a very clean and comfortable room.
