Family Suite not fit for 6 adults (and 4 kids) with 2 queens and 1 sofa

Very clean room, nice location, average breakfast (plastic plates and cutlery :(

We booked a Family Suite, suitable for 6 persons. In the description it mentioned it had one extra large double bed and two large double beds. Even the sizes were mentioned, suggesting a king bed and two queens, as well as the room would fit 6 adults and 4 children. Upon arrival in the room, there were two normal queens and a pull out sofa bed!!! This sofa bed is quite different from an extra large double bed… when we returned tintje reception we were told that there was nothing they could do as this was wrong on booking.com but they would amend this. It is still showing…. We were not happy and it is a complete mystery how this suite would fit 6 adults and 4 children on 2 small double beds and a pull out sofa!

Great get away for a family

I liked how spacious and comfortable the room was. It was very clean and I liked the higher end shower and hygine products in the bathroom. I also like the location of this hotel, near the freeway and also by some fun attractions like Sterling State Park and The Sports Garden putt putt and batting cages.

The only thing that I didn't love was the elevator felt a little sketchy, but I used it my entire stay and it was fine.

Amazing Location and Huge Rooms

The room was a lot bigger than we had in mind which was perfect for our family!!

The couch had stains on it and there was a lack of trash space for a room for 5 people.

Clean room, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast options.

Wasn’t sure if the pool was just old or hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years. Disappointing because my daughter was excited about swimming but didn’t want get in.

The hot tub in our room was nice untill we seen what was coming out of the jets. I would suggest finding a way to clean them after each stay. Very disgusting.

Very nice room

room had a lot of horizontal spaces for storage, bedding was excellent, tv larger than normal with plenty of channels to choose from. breakfast was good

the only petty thing I could find would be the bathroom door was too tight for ease of opening and closing, also would have liked to have been informed that $50 added to bill for any charges that may have been made. Though t I was overcharged for my room when looking at ny credit card app that night, had to approach front desk about it to then find out why

Left feeling rested and relaxed for our final leg home to Ontario.

Registration was a snap. Staff were very friendly and helpful pointing out places to eat and shop.
