I liked the way the building looking from outside. Clean friendly service.
The bed could've been a lot better. I wish on the tv the music stations were available without having to pay for it.

Location and that they said they had shuttles to airport
When we arrived they told us they didn’t have a driver to shuttle us in the early am. We purposely pick this hotel so we could shuttle and ended up having to pay for a service to take us to the airport. The room was musty and the bathroom ceiling black w mold.

I did not eat breakfast here, but I did have a nice salad and crab cake at the restaurant for dinner.
I am a titanium Bonvoy member who has worked and lived in Marriotts for many years. This hotel was so noisy- it is a constant slamming of heavy hotel doors, some rowdy people, and noisy housekeeping playing their music while cleaning in the next room. Last night, i had the pleasure of listening to 2 men loudly arguing in the next room. Security did quickly break up the loud party upstairs last weekend when I called.
I also had a major issue with housekeeping. I came back after a day at work, and they had accidentally left my door open. This was obviously a very big deal for my own personal safety, and my belongings! Front desk staff was so sweet and understanding about it, but that was a mistake that I could not take lightly- I declined all future housekeeping services, and put the DND sign on my door. Regardless of that, maintenance took it upon themselves to disregard the DND sign and come in to the room the next day while I was at work to replace the shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower (something that could obviously wait until after I had checked out). That was the last straw.
It is a clean place, run down like wallpaper peeling from walls, but all in all it wasn't bad. Great shower, good bed, great front desk staff, but I would not stay here again because of the noise. If you do stay here, i would ask for a corner room that does not have a connecting door, and that faces the wooded area in the back of the hotel.

The queen bed I had was awful. It was as if I was sleeping on a an old pull out coach. Beyond disappointed. Especially after a long drive.

The location was convenient, and the front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very well prepared.
The shower head needs to be replaced. The restaurant seating needs to be renovated. Get rid of the ladybugs in the room.

The bed was comfortable and a good amount of pillows.
Not enough towels, only 1 set when I booked the room for 2 adults. The water came out brown and dirty when I first turned on the shower. The front desk clerk was outside smoking while there was a line of people trying to check in.

We stayed for a wedding, so there was a group of us. The hotel was having renovations, so we expected that. Our room was super clean (see photos for how shiny and clean), and the bed was comfortable. Dave was awesome and so helpful. He was the shuttle driver from the wedding venue and even personally showed us to our room- he was super helpful and friendly. He even turned on the heat and tv. The staff we dealt with directly was nice and patient, but Dave was the best.
Rooms: Very clean room, and the rest of the hotel was clean also- including the public bathrooms.
Food & drinks: The drinks were very good. My friends paid for extra time at the bar so we could all hang out after their wedding. The drinks were really good. The bar was clean.
The only cons would be 1. The price, especially for during renovations and without a pool. It's quite pricey, considering other nice hotels with more amenities are cheaper. And 2. The shades in the room...they don't block out the light and you can't close the curtains. So the sun blinds you early in the morning.

almost none
no room make up service unless we asked for it & feels not secure/safe to stay here
