Clean room, good location, private paid parking right next door.
The beds were not as comfy as some other hotels we have stayed.

Clean, complete room, quiet and great location.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
I was at hotel to recover from surgery.
This location kept me close to manhattan surgeon.
Location offered convenience to food also.
Nothing to report
4.1
One of the standout features is its excellent location. It's situated in a vibrant area, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the easy access to the subway system, which was just a short walk away. This convenience significantly enhanced my overall trip, allowing me to navigate the city with ease.
The close proximity to the subway system deserves a special mention. It's rare to find a hotel that offers such seamless access to public transport, and this was a major plus point during my stay. It saved me a lot of time and hassle in getting around, which I genuinely appreciated.
Unfortunately, my interactions with the hotel staff were far from pleasant. From check-in to addressing my concerns during the stay, I found the staff to be unpolite and unhelpful. This lack of hospitality made me feel unwelcome and significantly impacted my overall experience.
+ The room I was assigned had an incredibly noisy air conditioning unit. The constant rumbling made it difficult to sleep, which was disappointing. A good night's sleep is fundamental to any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this issue made my nights less restful than I had hoped.
++ Non-Functional Coffee Machine: I was looking forward to enjoying a warm cup of coffee in my room, especially after a restless night. However, the coffee machine in my room didn't work. Despite reporting this issue, it wasn't addressed during my stay, adding to my frustration.
+++ Room Size and Value for Money: The room size was another significant downside. Considering the price paid, I expected a more spacious and comfortable room. The cramped space made my stay unpleasant and did not reflect the value for money I had anticipated.

Convenient location
For the price that is paid to stay one night, the hotel needs upgraded smart tvs with apps and not basic cable unable to pick movies

Great location two blocks from the train, and 15 minutes from Manhattan. I think I’ve stayed here about three or four times visiting daughter, who lives in Queens.
It’s all good.

Close to JFK so really handy to catch a flight. The room was comfortable and had a good view of the city on the higher floors.
Thin walls

The mirrors were beautiful.
I like everything.

Location. Eli at the check-in desk was SO sweet and helpful. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Beds are firm if you like that sort of thing.. It was very clean and quiet. And we actually found parking really close by (fluke??)
We got a queen room with a sofa bed, and it was an extremely tight fit. Wouldn't do that one again. Maybe two queens next time. They also only give a thin cotton blanket for the sofa bed. Future reference, ask for an extra at check in.
Overall it was really a fine stay, but the shower water maxed out at like 85 degrees or something and they told us it was because there were temperature limits set so no one got burned. I came out of the shower cold. We should have made the guy feel the water temp and tell us that was normal. Hard to believe it. I really can't do lukewarm showers in Winter, prob wouldn't stay again just based on that. But you never know.

it is fine.
The equipment is obsolete. The elevator even got broken.

Lage, Frühstück und ruhige Zimmer (für New Yorker Verhältnisse).
Zimmer sind ok/gut, aber könnten an einzelnen Stellen eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
4.1
Comfortable bed, good shower. The room was clean. Employees were kind with the exception of one.
Did not accommodate connecting rooms/rooms on the same floor even though they said they would. Individual who checked us in was rude. The walls were also paper thin.

Overall good condition. Clean.
Couldn’t get hot water from shower head. There was no pressure from the shower head. Couldn’t wash off soap and shampoo.

The bar on the first floor. the fitness center was very nice. This hotel is one block from the subway metro system, too. Thankful for that. Flatscreen TV.
Unfortunately one of the elevator was broken during my stay. The room that I was in was too close to the ice machine I can hear the noise sometimes.

open bar and breakfast
the elevator is was sorta tricky

nothing to not like this place.

The Staff was great. Very nice.
I wasn’t informed about the room cleaning schedule.
4.1
it was clean
the room I was in was to small for a king size bed my leg kept hitting on the edges of the bed frame , it left me with small bruises , everything else was ok
4.1
Great location with a subway station nearby. Pretty convenient to get to the city by cab as well.

Everything was great except having to pay $19.95 for breakfast - that’s a bit steep being I already paid $300 for the night. I am a Hilton member & normally breakfast is included with my room stays, not sure why this time it wasn’t.
