The room was great!! Nice view of the city. Desk was nice. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious. Great hotel room
It appeared that the carpet under the window hadn’t been vacuumed for some time.
The TV was temperamental.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I love the new renovations. The bathroom was spotless and love the amenities...felt like a resort hotel. This is my third stay in three months and the hotel staff has always been amazing!
My only complaint was that the room thermostat did not allow for any changing of the temperature. The allowed range was as low as 65 degrees and it wouldn't let me decrease the temp. I'd change it to 65 (I was sweltering) on the screen and it would show but it wouldn't go down in actuality...it actually went up to 74, which feels very warm when there's no circulation or fresh air. Maybe check the thermostats or add more directions for adjusting.

Location. Convenient
Broken things in room. Unfixed & not enough staff to keep up with upkeep. Couldn’t move us. Told to call back later in the night. ( we were only staying for one night)

Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast staff nice but food options just depressing. There was no toaster ( broken). Nothing looked fresh.
Hallways and elevators are depressingly in disrepair. Room seemed recently renovated.

We were fortunate to have someone at the front desk that went above and beyond in making our stay so great. While all the customer service people were very good, Ana Diaz’s customer service skills, communication skills and people skills were exemplary. Those skills, combined with her knowledge of the hotel, surrounding area, restaurants and sites of interest to us were wonderful and something we were able to rely on. We noticed other hotel staff would look to her as a leader when we needed something I would highly recommend The Grand Hotel to anyone because of Ms. Diaz.
Heat and hot water. There was construction going on the 10th floor that may have affected those.

I enjoyed the renovated areas and rooms. They were clean.
The breakfast was awful, probably the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The un renovated elevators were also not that pleasant and had a smell. I also think there were items left out of my room that would have been beneficial to me- a tv guide, wifi password, trash bags, little toiletries, note pad, etc.

It’s a working progress but not really bad for the up and coming area it’s in
The location. Drug addicts were in the parking lots across from the hotel that you could use on the weekend.

Hotel is perfectly located. Large rooms the best beads I found while my current stay in US.
Very helpfull and quck reacting personel.
Only 1 slow toster in dinig - creates traffic while breakfast.

Nice facilities
Security came banging on my door at 6am when I was getting ready to go work telling me thet I was talking too loud. I will never stay here again it was a ridiculous claim. If you’re walls are too thin or you have other customers who have issues that’s not my problem. I’m allowed to talk in my paid hotel room.

The staff were great.
The web indicated that you had a gym. You did not, so we checked out early.

The hotel could use a little sprucing up, but certainly a good stay.

When I have stayed at the hotel there were very few guests. The breakfast had a variety of breakfast foods, eggs bacon, yogurt fruits rolls, Coffee and tea, milk. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. I felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around the local streets.
The hotel is dated.
