Star above and beyond

Loved the management and staff member Star. She went above and beyond to make guests happy.

Arrived in the beginning to first room being dirty smelling bad and key NOT working however Star corrected all issues.

Horrible, scared

I was in a no smoking room although, it reeked of smoke. Lots of people hanging out looking like transients

The card machine was down. I was charged twice. No manager on the premises.

I didn’t like anything about it, once the sunlight went down roaches 🪳 came out! I told the staff I heard one of the girls say “I told you” and neither one wanted to give me another room. Next day manager didn’t even return my calls! Definitely a MUST NOT!!!

No shower curtain

I liked that the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and Walmart. Our trip was last minute due to a tournament having a 6 hour delay.

We had no shower curtain so our bathroom floor was soaked. We had to use our towels to soak up the water, didn't have enough towels, the TV didn't work, the sheets were dirty, and there was an awful smell in the elevator and hallways.

easy to find, front desk staff knowledgeable and polite

around 3:30 am someone tried to open my door, luckily I had both locks engaged. it’s was really scary…Also the hot water was Luke warm.
