Would not recommend

It has a pool,but peices of the pool are chipping off ,it is sharp on your feet have to be careful

The room had cigarette butts in the floor,not very clean,the beds were very stained,the room smelled very musky, way over priced for what it was , it was a non smoking room

Employees are rude , they didn't have my room so couldn't even stay didn't want to refund me

When first arrived the front desk lady was very rude then proceeded to the room which you can tell had not been cleaned food left from last guest in fridge bathroom floor was FILTHY with dog hair human hair dog food was even left on the floor had no phone in the room to call and let front desk know.even still decided to give it another shot next morning but change our room hoping it would be better so booked online for a king suite with whirlpool .When was time to check in go to the lobby in which the front desk lady states they do not have our room that we booked due to guest staying another night and the other room was booked for next three days so we had nothing ask her ok what are you doing to fix this she says that's not her job I need to call who I booked out with ummm excuse me that is your job you don't have what you said you would have .moral of story horrible hotel and horrible employees top it off they did not want to refund my money said they did have a room for me so basically said I was lying wow

The stay was good for a day. I do think it’s overpriced for the conditions it was in.

Staff is very friendly.

Room was very dirty, there was pieces of old banana on the floor, sheets had stains, a few roaches etc…the air was not working I woke up sweating.

Reasonably priced and handy location if you need an overnight stop on your way through/across Florida.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our children liked the pool and being able to make waffles for breakfast.

Just one thing - the pillows. There were only two pillows per queen bed so ‘choosing’ a pillow to sleep on was not an option. The pillow was so mis-shaped you couldn’t really still call it a pillow. I woke up with a sore neck which is still bothering me two days on.

awful and disgusting miserable!!!!!!

I didn’t like anything about this property

the room was not clean!!! There was dust everywhere. the there was only two towels to wash cloths, and one hand towel! carpet was not vacuumed, there was even cockroach in the refrigerator. The ice machine was down. the pool was out of order and with the properly being a Wyndham hotel I expected it to be much better I was ready to go home three hours after checking in!!!

We cancelled the reservation when we went to the room. It was filthy, smelled bad. Beds unclean with bedbugs

Staff not real friendly nor did they care when we told them about the room. They were happy we were leaving. Others left also.

Would not honor request for early check in, even though I had an email to validate my request. Then told to leave lobby while waiting for a room to become available. By the time I came back several hours later I was told a room was available and proceeded to present my id and credit card. After I signed paperwork I was charged additional money for 2 hours for early check in. When I questioned this the desk attendant pulled out a sign in very small print regarding the policy. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and extremely stupid. The room stunk, shower liner was filthy with scum, and no one stopped the ongoing loud, rambunctious people all night. Not what I expected from a Whyndam hotel.

this hotel was a nasty disappointment!

price of stay and close to lots of restaurants/fast food

the pool was closed/gross and has been for a long time, and they didn’t mention that before booking. breakfast was very sad and the area too, no napkins, dirty juice and dirty hot water. everything very dirty, smelled bad, bathroom floors were all sticky, coffee maker is very dangerous, we were told we would get a roll away bed for free by Cindy and we were charged, we were given 1 towel and had to bring dirty towel to get 2 fresh towels. no ice anywhere in hotel, all ice makers broken. We came to stay here from Birmingham AL to attend my grandfather’s funeral, which was my mother’s father and she stayed with us and this hotel stay did not make our visit go very well, not to mention we have a baby and toddler. would not recommend this hotel to anyone no matter the price! they ended up overcharging us and not sure if that got resolved yet.

not a lot. location was the only good part of this hotel.

Pool was closed. Gym was full of boxes and closed to guests. All ice machines were out of service. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best and once any item was gone it wasn’t restocked. had to get their as soon as it opened in order to get anything. At checkout the front desk was unstaffed for over 30 minutes and couldn’t check out. Don’t let the nice pictures fool you into staying here.

Close to the interstate

Key stopped working after 1st night and had to be reprogrammed. They held a full nights rate to ensure payment then actually ran my card for both days upon arrival....causing me to have no access to over $100 for days after the stay. In fact it still isn't resolved and they blamed the bank.

Rooms were nasty our room was open when we got there carpet was ripped up and a pair of someone's underwear was left in the bathroom we complained they moved us to another room it wasnt much better some small holes in drywall in bathroom and no toilet paper so had to go back to the front n get some then went to go get ice and neither machine was wrking next morning we went to beach came back no one had brought any towels and our room key didnt wrk had to go back up front and not much of a breakfast either had waffle mix but no syrup . All in all terrible place to stay

Disappointing

The room was fine for sleeping.

I am still amazed that a facility for housing people had no hangers for hanging clothes so they would not be wrinkled for the funeral I came to town for. Also nothing on which to hang said clothes.
