Pleasant but quite expensive

The sofa bed needs to be changed. The mattress was uncomfortable because the padding was very thin!

Great spot in Saratoga!

This is my favorite hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY. I've stayed numerous times and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is an evening reception with snacks and drinks and the breakfast is fantastic!

Perfect Getaway!

amazing!! check in was less than 4 minutes! sooo close to the bussle of Saratoga! perfect shower, bathroom!! great layout in the room! a microwave a desk! some ottomans, huge bed! the bathroom was the perfect size! felt like a real room for business men 😂 haha the couch was big enough to sleep on! large hallways for the SPACIOUS ROOMS!

only thing was the elevator took a while to come down! but it was very fast once you got inside it!

Great stay in Saratoga

Beautiful hotel with great staff. The room was larger than most hotel rooms and well furnished. Neighbors were noisy but the hotel staff dealt with my noise complaint within 10 minutes. We were grateful for their prompt intervention. Breakfast was a serious upgrade to most hotel free breakfasts!

Nice weekend getaway.

Location was excellent. Breakfast amazing.

Not a deal breaker but in our room there was no towel hook in the bathroom to hang a towel. Thus, you had to step out of the shower wet, and then reach for your towel. Mildly inconvenient.

Overpriced We expected more from a Hilton property.

The location was great. It was close to the shopping district and the racetrack. The complimentary breakfast was excellent except for the coffee. The bed was comfortable.

You had to request housekeeping. The couch was the worst I have ever experienced in all my travels. I paid less to stay at the Fairmont in Maui. The drawers to store your clothing was not in the bedroom. They were in the living room. It made no sense.

When I mention the Embassy Suites in Saratoga Springs my wife's eyes sparkle like diamonds!

Both location and breakfast were exceptional. One of the main reasons we stay there is location.

I wouldn't change a thing.

It was a mixed experience. Some good, some bad. Not worth the cost!

It was a nice facility in terms of the property and location. The breakfast was good. The "happy hour" event was nice.

Our thermostat didn't work, the heat went on and wouldn't turn off. When we called about it no one would answer the phone at the front desk and even when they said someone would come up and look at it, no one came. I finally ended up having to walk down to the front desk and call "hello" several times before anyone would even talk to us. We ended up staying up until 1am dealing with the issue. Good news, we never had the same issue again. Also, it was under construction (which no one told about) and very difficult to find the parking area.

The location is an easy walk to Broadway, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the manager was very amenable to solving a problem we had with our room. Breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Good value, very clean,

Very centrally located to most of Saratoga’s attractions. Very clean. Staff very accommodating and pleasant.

We were surprised that there was no courtesy van around town and to the racetrack. We traveled up via Amtrak, and while we don’t mind walking, some places are just not easily accessible, like the casino. It is something that most other hotels have for their guests and truthfully might cause us to look elsewhere next time we book. Also the hotel seems to book many business events and it was always difficult to find a seat for breakfast until those events began.

Amazing stay @ Saratoga Springs

We had a great stay here. Ample free parking, restaurants nearby within walking distance, Big, clean & comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with by far a wide range of selection during our US stay of 17 days. There is also a big Market 32 Supermarket within 3 minute driving distance from Hotel from where we bought some fresh fruits.

All and all it’s a really nice hotel

Very comfortable, great outdoor space, full breakfast and happy hour. Fantastic location!

The bathroom has only one hook for towels. There was three of us and we were hanging the towels on chairs to dry. There is so much wall space in the bathroom that you could install a few more hooks to hang the towels.

Will be the go to from now on when visiting Saratoga.

Made to order omelette unheard of, was excellent. Restaurant & bar on property was great. Food was a great portion price was right. Complimentary evening drinks and snacks also unheard of every other place we stayed. Hotel two blocks away from main drag. CVS and fast food close by for families.

Great stay, comfortable, clean and very convenient walkable location to sights.

The extra seating area in the suite was great to be able to relax in, front desk staff allowed for early check in, which was great after a long drive. The made to order breakfast every morning was unexpected and also appreciated The location was central and within walking distance to main attractions

I wish I knew it was in a strip mall like location, shared parking lot with 24hr CVS, so garbage truck came really early Monday morning, right under my room.

Amazing value for our family. Delicious breakfast with Chef Rodney. The kids loved the pool too. Our room layout was perfect and very clean.

Our queen bed matress was very uncomfortable. That was the only negative of our stay.

Great family hotel

The breakfast buffet was awesome. Lots of choice and great tasting food.

The beds are not really comfortable, the pillows were too big and room temperature was too high. We couldn't control it. The pool water wasn't too clear either and looked like it needed to be filtered. But the hotel was beautiful and fancy and was great value for what we paid.

Nice hotel with good price, comfy beds and pillows and fantastic breakfast with good coffee.

Location, staff and comfort of beds and pillows. Staff in the dining room do a great job. We ate breakfast each day and had dinner one night, food is good! Chefs are friendly. Hotel was quiet which is really important when sleeping. appreciate having the kitchen and living room space, makes the stay so comfortable. Every staff member was friendly.

The hallways need vacuuming and night tables in the room need dusting at the bases. The bathroom door in 529 doesn’t close unless you slam it. which the rooms had fans to circulate the air, its was hot when sleeping. Wish the tvs allowed streaming and offered more channels. Updated technology would be good.
