Jasmin, Lee and the rest of the staff were courteous, professional and provided high quality customer service. The location was perfect. I will definitely be going back.

I love the location and the sense of security to the location. So easy to come and go! Lovely place!!! it was very nice that they had wagons available for us to use. Very quaint and quiet spot just a block from the beautiful beach!
would have been nice if the air conditioner had cooled off a little bit better. But I realize that it was a very hot week while I was there. The only other thing would be guest access to the ice machine whenever needed. But they were usually very cheerful about getting ice while the business office was open.

Location was perfect, close to beach and downtown. The villa was large and clean
Street level/view with floor to ceiling windows for the entire main room. The curtains were thin and transparent which meant everyone could see everything. We felt very uncomfortable and had to live in the dark to avoid everyone outside seeing us. We felt uncomfortable and left a day early

good location
Room was uncomfortably small. Sleep sofa area so tight it was unusable. There was no privacy, you could hear all your neighbors, inside & out. Blinds didn’t function so the room was lit all night. on first night, someone followed my daughter and tried to open the door! Laundry required 22 quarters for wash & dry and there was no change machine and office had none either. Outdoor shower/foot rinse did not work at all. More like beach shack than villa. skip it

From talking with others; everyone is told you'll "get a call" when the room is ready. No one gets a call; even when rooms have been ready for hours.

The check in staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
It wasn't as nice at all as the pictures shown on Booking.com. The queen size room was like a big closet (very small). Not as close to the beach as they said but not too bad of a walk. overpriced and had to pay for parking even tho you were parked on the property.

There was problems with the water. It kept having to be turned off. Then we had to boil water. They provided bottled water, but!

The staff was super friendly and it was very close to the ocean
We had issues with water, the pictures shown on the site were nowhere near what it was supposed to be and the room was very cramped. The lighting kept going in and out on the main ceiling light. And it had an odor when we came in that was almost like sewage. Definitely not worth the price.

Good location, comfortable accommodations, very nice staff and customer service.
A room location was right near the housekeeping office, so although we did sit outside our room, we always heard the housekeeping staff, so that was kind of noisy for us.

It was great that we were able to check in like a regular hotel, plus the convenience of a keypad access. If you’re checking in late, it may be an issue, as the reception leaves at 7pm.
Everything was great. Loved that we walked out the door into the courtyard with a pool.

the location was perfect - within walking distance of food, shopping and beach
laundry facilities could use an update, and daily or every other day cleaning. our bathtub had damage that was covered up by some sort of tape and the pool was closed almost 3 days of our stay

The location is fantastic, two steps from the beach and two steps from the restaurants and shops, and yet very quite.
I didn’t love the level of courtesy of one particular receptionist who refused to give us the beach chairs until 12.30pm the day we were checking out. Check in is at 4, and check out at 11, and we were hoping to enjoy the beach after checking out and be in time to give the chairs back to the following guests, but we were refused to do so, even if obviously we would have returned them well before the other guests arrival.
Luckily the receptionist shift have changed and, the morning of our check out, the new kinder lady was absolutely happy for us to use the beach chairs until 12.30pm.

location
Booking.com advertised this as a kingbed. According to the property there are not kingbeds here and we were the 3rd visitors that week stating the same, Shame on booking.com. I see site has since been updated

Perfect location, nice shower and the room was clean.
Almost everything in the room was broken. Stove, hairdryer, TV in the bedroom, light in the fridge, refrigerator froze a lot of food and drinks, outdoor shower by the room didn't work. Had to pay $10 a day for parking right outside of the room. The room was extremely small for 5 people. There was just enough room to walk around the beds, so there was no where to store your luggage without tripping over it. The only seating in the room was a couch or some wicker chairs at the dining room table (we spent a good bit of time in the room due to several days of rain)
