We only do short overnights in Miami between flights, would definitely use this place again.

Once arriving everything went well, desk staff were great, nice and helpful. We were only in for overnight, late arrival and early am connecting flight so neither the facilities or breakfast was available, however we were very pleasantly surprised by the room condition, quality and cleanliness!

Earlier start to shuttle service. Our flight out meant we needed to leave by. 5:30, and shuttle didn’t start till 6 AM, causing an extra $30 in cab fare. Since we had no opportunity to make use of facilities, which are charged for, or breakfast, which starts after our necessary departure, plus cab fare when a shuttle is advertised, it is a bit steep price for 10 hours of use.

Would stay here again.

Airport shuttle was efficient and on time. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Room was quiet. The room was very spacious. Had a sitting area with 2 TV’s in room. Refrigerator and microwave if you need.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Sehr schlechter Shuttleservice zum Flughafen!

Nähe zum Flughafen. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ausreichend, allerdings alles in viel Plastik verpackt und Styroporgeschirr...2023 nichtmehr sehr zeitgemäß!!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. In der Beschreibung war dies als Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten und einer Schlafcouch angegeben. Beim checkin hat uns der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, daß es momentan kein solches Zimmer gibt und er uns keine Schlafmöglichkeit, auch kein weiteres Zimmer, anbieten kann. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, gab es keine anderen Ansätze zur Problemlösung, als ein kostenloser Storno. Da es schon nach Mitternacht war und wir wieder früh zu unserem Morgenflug aufbrechen mussten, baten wir trotzdem um ein Zimmer und zusätzlich ein paar extra Pölster, um ein Schlaflager am Boden für unsere Tochter einzurichten. Da entdeckten wir dann den einzigen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter (Nachtsecurity), der uns die Pölster brachte und beim Überziehen der selbigen half. Der Airportshuttle fährt nur einmal pro Stunde von 6uhr bis 23uhr! Und das in unserem Fall nichtmal pünktlich, sondern 20min zu spät (07:20uhr)!!!

Disappointed!

The location

We arrived at 11pm to find our reservation cancelled. The counter person I spoke with said sorry and we’re fully booked. The other couple we were traveling with did stay so comments on facilities are from them. We found another hotel 30 minutes away.

Not impressed for the money spent

Didn’t know they charge for parking per night, I’m already spending money to stay here and parking was 20-25$ a night on top of it. Which I found crazy. Staff wasn’t very helpful in my opinion and the lights in the bathroom didn’t work all of the time.

Nao existe sofá cama para 2 hospedes no quarto

Quarto pode ser confortável para um grupo de 4 pessoas, além disso é horrível! No mais, apenas para pernoitar de uma noite para amanhã fazer viagem, pode ser um bom custo benefício, desde que estejam cientes da realidade

A primeira coisa que eu fiz após fazer a reserva, foi me certificar que o quarto caberia realmente 6 pessoas confortavelmente e me responderam que dormindo 2 pesssoas em uma cama, seria ok! O quarto nao era realmente para 6 pessoas, nem toalhas suficientes tinha lá para nós 6 🥲 Chegando lá só tinham 2 camas de casal e um sofá que não é feito para dormir, nem cobertor colocaram para as 2 outras pessoas. Sugiro que tirem a opção de quarto para 6 pessoas para serem justos com oa hospedes, já que só tem local para 4 pessoas dormirem. A van que disponibilizam do aeroporto demorou mais de meia hora para aparecer No quarto de madrugada acordamos com um barulho aterrorizante do ar condicionado fazendo um barulho esquisito!

The check in representative was amazing. Very personable and try to accommodate us late into the evening check-in. It was very pleasant. The entire experience was positive. The only negative is the price. We found out afterwords, that we could have received a less expensive rate for comparable hotels, right in that same area. They were $50 or more less expensive.

Best hotel near Miami airport! Offer shuttle to cruise port and return to hotel or airport after cruise. $12 per person each way. Great communication from hotel staff and transportation company! Booked my next stay for November before leaving!!!!

Shuttle from airport to hotel should be offered as stated on website. Should have shuttle available all day as some flights land early
