Great stay!

The location, the staff, the style of the property, each room come with it own shower and bathroom and TV , the laundry and kitchen are very convenient for families to stay. Also the price is compatible to other hotel and facilities.

The property # 3719 we stayed in has some big red ants inside of room most every day, some of them are dead , some of them are live. The pool should open to guests at early time in summer, I felt 8am is bit too late with busy guests with daily plan, and at pool area there are not many umbrellas to block the sunlight.

Exceptional

Great location and amenities. The few issues we had with the room were sorted quickly and were not a problem. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was excellent.

Fan in first floor bathroom did not work, towel bar in first floor bathroom broken, microwave door did not close properly, upstairs bathroom sink drain did not work.

Nice place but not worth the money

It’s very spacious and comfortable.

The last time I stayed here (2021) it was still Covid so there was a no cleaning during stay policy which was understandable. This time there is a fee of $147 to have someone come to clean the room which is appalling given all the money that was spent to stay here. Even motels offer free cleaning during the stay. One of the listed services was daily housekeeping maybe in parenthesis it should have additional fee because it’s definitely not free. They don’t even give you new tissue, towels nothing. There is also a $250 cleaning fee but that’s used to clean the room after check out like an air bnb. How do you charge all this money to stay here but the basic amenity of cleaning for free is out of the question. This is my last time staying here for sure.

The location was perfect, and the right amount of space.

There's not much to complain about... only a few stains here and there...probably from wear and tear. Some spider webs in corners. Nothing major

Great location, quite, but in need of an update.

I liked the space and location. We had the pool to ourselves most days we went there.

Facilities were more run down than the photos alluded to, the 3rd floor toilet and taps were plumbed backwards. Hot water went to the toilet, cold taps were hot, and visa versa. A/C stopped working on 3rd floor, and the pillows were awful.

Best value ever!

The location is amazing, close to everything especially if you use the road along side the property to avoid traffic. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The condo was very clean and has modern appliances. The fact that the property is gated provides peace of mind.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I highly recommend this property.

Good location and value but lacking the “wow” that we’ve experienced before.

Great location. Good value. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Have rented at this property before, and many small things that are apparently no longer offered. One example is toilet paper…one single roll per bathroom for an entire week? Also no laundry detergent, no coffee/tea, and no dishwasher detergent, all of which have been provided during previous stays. Rate went up and amenities went down.

Great price for so much, and

I had a three-story 4-BR 5 bath and a patio and balcony on the two additional floors every room has its bathroom, and most importantly we did not have to climb stairs 🙃 there is an actual elevator in our villa as well, it's so cozy and feels like home. Also it's right in the midst of everything, Margaritaville!!!

I couldn't stay longer.
