The location was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable.
The temperature of the room was not adjustable and was quite cool at night. We found out the next morning that a small space heater was tucked away in the bedside cabinet. We would just recommend letting customers know that this is available in the room...or having it stored in a more easily seen space.

The staff was incredibly friendly and each of them shared great information about the town history and things to do and see. Breakfast was great, had the breakfast burritos with green chili and they were awesome. The hotel has kept the theme and feel of the old county hospital. History oozes from every corner of the hotel. Extremely welcoming team at the inn, I would definitely go back. Great alternative to staying at a casino hotel and getting to know the whole area as opposed to being focused on the casinos.

All the staff was super nice and very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and allowed us to roam the rooms that were not occupied and the hotel. I was mind blown of the cleanliness from top to bottom . I have never seen a hotel thos clean ( I'm talking picture frames , door frames , all the deco everything ) breakfast was amazing as well . Loved the atmosphere and it was so quiet !!! Beautiful view to wake up to and rooms for everyone's budget. Definitely going back .I had the best sleep in a long time and they offered shuttle service to the casinos which is nice if you want to have a few drinks and don't want to drive.
That we only got to stay one night , I didn't want to leave lol

Great place to stay, quiet and peaceful. Loved staying at the old Hospital built in 1901, had many neat antiques to see within the facility. Breakfast at the food truck was great

Beautiful location in a historical and natural sense. The hotel feels more like a museum and all the decorations and attention to detail are great. It is also located on a nice hillside with great views and just outside the historical gold mining ton. The staff and owner we're very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and provided by a little food truck outside the hotel.
The room we stayed in was a bit tight but they made up for that with ample storage space. The also have bigger rooms so you have a choice. The fridge in the room also got loud when it was cooling.

Loved the fact that it was a hospital years ago and so many

Clean, very helpful and pleasant staff, loved all the different sitting areas, the porch is wonderful, we will be visiting again in the future
Having a shower, was difficult, but not impossible, very low water pressure

Taste was good, very friendly staff. House and rooms were beautiful but needed some work.
When I booked this hotel, I truly believe I booked the Outpatient room, for the cost I paid, which was actually more than even that luxury room showed on the website, but we actually got the Maternity Room. Radiator in the bathroom was literally almost against the side of the toilet, so couldn’t even sit down straight on it. Then, the radiators in the room turned on in the middle of the night, making the room so hot, luckily they provided a fan.

No breakfast served.
The bed pillows were way too big and stuffy
And really hard on the neck.

The decor and the story about the hospitality house was very interesting. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful . Would like to revisit during the warmer weather
The room we had the radiator was too close to the toilet with the heat coming on I felt it was not very safe had to place a towel between me and the toilet out of fear of potentially getting burned this was my only dissatisfaction

it is a very unique experience and we loved it. it was clean and well appointed for an old Victorian Home. The staff was very helpful! It was a memorable time and we are plan to go again!
The room was very warm and the breakfast left a lot to be desired but it was free! A hook to
hang towels on in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated.

The bed was not comfortable at all. It was extremely to light in the room at night
