The location is great. All you have to do is cross the street and you are at the beach. We had a side view ocean room that was an efficiency. It had a very small kitchen, which included a half size refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a sink and plates/cutlery/glasses/pans. The beds were pretty comfortable. The pillows were smaller shaped and a little bit odd, but they did just fine. The climate controls worked wonderfully. On one occasion, we needed a repair in the room and it was done almost immediately. My only concern was that housekeeping never came to our room. We stayed for five nights. We had to call to get new towels. We had to actually go out to buy a broom to sweep the sand out that we brought in. We had to buy trash bags to put our trash outside of the door to be taken out. In the beginning of the trip, I noted that we weren’t getting any housekeeping, but that never changed. On the day before we left, I mentioned again that we never saw housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping does come to the rooms. If housekeeping knocks and you were there, they will come in to give you new towels and take out the trash. If you don’t answer, they don’t come in. It seems counterintuitive to me, but what can I do. This is our second year staying there. The first year, housekeeping was never a problem. It’s very possible that they were understaffed, it’s also possible that policies changed between now and then. I’ve only stayed in four hotels room in the last 15 years, so my bar might be set a bit too high. I would go back again next year to stay, but this time I would bring a stick vacuum. All in all, it was a successful stay. I would recommend this place. Every single employee that we ran into was cheerful and helpful. You don’t get that everywhere.

I definitely plan to return because of the staff & location!

Location, atmosphere and staff were absolutely amazing!

Was not as clean as it could’ve been. Hair was on the towels in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder had so much rust, definitely needs to be replaced.

My stay a cabana shores was magnificent.

I absolutely enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, very clean, great location, quiet. I will definitely be booking my next beach trip here.

I didn’t have any complaints at all. Very exceptional hotel.

No one available to check out. Office was supposed to be open at 8:00 am. Waited until we’ll after 8 then left our room

No one on staff after 10:30 Did not provide Wi-Fi password and no way to get in to get ice after 11:00. Pm Locked out of common area. Breakfast was supposed to be available for a few but was not. Had to give a $150. Damage deposit which they give back after several days if you don’t damage.

Great location along with a superb staff!!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!!

Being very picky-air conditioning could have been a tad bit colder but it was working as hard as it could.

My stay was great overall

The location was beautiful. The weather was a great experience.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a little better but it was ok. The room a a bit smaller than I expected but overall comfortable.

Very good

Loved the location it was close to everything if you are driving. Beach just across the street in walking distance.

There was not enough parking spaces close to the elevator. Spaces were available, but further away. The hotel only have two handicap parking spaces. Not too big of a deal, although it is necessary to park close by the elevator when you have two small children. It was also a holiday weekend, so I somewhat expected it.

We paid for late check out up until 2:00. We went to breakfast and came back around 11:30 and we were locked out of our room. That needs to be corrected.

Exceptional

This was our second stay. We stayed here last year and still a great stay. Great distance to the beach, not crowded, no loudness. We always enjoy ourselves. We decided that this will be our 'go to' hotel choice when we come yearly. Next time we will be bringing our kids so any discounts will be greatly appreciate.

We had to get two queens.. But that was ok it was the only one available.

Exceptional

The location and the staff were excellent. It's a slight smaller hotel, so there isn't a lot going on. This makes it very peaceful. Pricing, dining option and the modernism made the stay that much better.

Staff was friendly and I had a good time. The hotel is close to the beach. Room was in fair condition. I plan on returning to this hotel.

the decor and atmosphere. the place was really clean.

only feedback I would offer is to clean the hallways by the elevators, looked like right next to a trash. walls were full of something. the toilet paper holders were old and rusty in multiple bathrooms, didn’t match how nice everything else was. Didn’t bother me! just thought would help with how nice everything else is
