Everything I needed for a nice quick stay while visiting the national parks.

Good location for trips to the national parks. Nice, clean, safe and quiet. Everything I needed for a last minute stay.

Limited choices for breakfast.

Over all our stay was nice, friendly and I would stay here again. I would recommend

The location was nice well lit places to eat near by, our room was clean well stocked and the breakfast was good!

Walls are super thin we could hear everything Most of the workout machines were broken

Overall stay was excellent and definitely would stay there again

I did not check out the pool but the overall stay was excellent. Very clean and very fresh rooms when you walk in, did not try out breakfast since we have family living there and we went to have breakfast there.

When in Carlsbad, I'll continue to stay at this hotel for price and amenities.

The rooms are VERY nice for the price and I enjoyed the variety in breakfast choices. You can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy!

I'm not a fan of the style of walk in shower or filling out a form to request housekeeping services. I didn't request housekeeping only because I didn't want to fill out a form. I do enough of that in my current job!

Great choice

Breakfast was really good, with lots of hot options and different cereals. The staff were friendly and helpful

We had an adjoining room, and we had to listen to our neighbour‘s TV literally for the entire night! The air-conditioner doesn’t turn off completely (apparently this is by design), so you can stop it cooling, but it pumps air continuously and was quite noisy at night

A well deserved vacation - on point

The room was very nice and breakfast was on point! Was given 2 sets of towels and was greeted every time I walked in. The bathroom is very spacious as well as the room itself. Would definitely come back!

They were low staff on housekeeping, which isn't a big deal, I don't mind requesting a few more necessity items. I understand how it is being low staffed.

Research ahead of time because the information in the lobby is non existant.

The parking lot was small so that it wasn't a distance to get into the hotel. Other than that I was not that impressed.

The rooms were not joined. The breakfast advertised was a joke. The parking lot lights were so bright I had a hard time sleeping and thought it was morning every time I awoke.

The Pool. The pool do not have a place for small kids. the furniture was outdated and torn. The towels where thin and very small.

traveling with grandkids and clerk arranged for us to have adjoining rooms without us having to ask. Very thoughtful

Even though the room look clean, we found trash in the carpet, probably pieces cereal, not big deal but not good, bed bathroom and the rest of the room was clean

Everything was nice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Cheyenne was the best desk clerk we have ever had. Would stay again just because of her

Breakfast was not very good. Could be that the one person taking care of it was overwhelmed with number of guests
