Overall a really nice place and price!

Great location. Room was really nice and roomy. The closet was pretty big. It was like a studio apartment almost. Enjoyed how quiet it was.

Could hear people in the floor above us walking around. Had to reset the tv to get streaming service to work. It rained during the night and water was around a/c unit in our room when we woke up.

Fine for one night but definitely lacking.

Location was convenient

Dated and the back entrance was also the smoking section. Trash and smokers blocking the doorway and you had to walk around the other side to access the building. The afternoon attendant was rude and did not acknowledge your presence when you approached the desk. They were more interested in their phone.

Extremely disappointing!!

Fitness center and renovated property.

Breakfast choices were extremely limited. Staff did not empty trash daily nor make beds daily. Linen and bath towels were never changed in 4 days stay. Electric equipment- thermostat and trac lights did not work. Etc.

Staff was great. Good value for the money.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and good quality. Texas shaped Belgian style Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal with several condiments, cereal, bagels or English Muffins. Coffee and a variety of juices.

Nothing the hotel was at fault for. Fire suppression sprinkler system had frozen pipes resulting in the fire alarm going off for about an hour, fortunately well before bedtime. Fire department showed to shut it off and the staff were up late, I'm sure, getting water siphoned out and mopped up in the rear exit hall and housekeeping area. My nephew (a fireman) told me at our Christmas gathering they themselves were up all night moving from hotel to apartment to business shutting off fire alarms and pumping water. Texas just isn't ready for 9 degrees!

I would recommend this place and stay against

The staff was super nice. The rom was big and clean. My only gripes is that I feel like bedding for the couch should already be in the room. The breakfast was also not very good. It didn’t have very many items and seemed more like an after thought. I would still stay here again.

Neighbors were noisy. They had kids and did not use their "inside" voices until well after 10pm.

Nice but the area felt unsafe.

The hotel had a lot of shady characters in the parking lot. I was very surprised because typically McKinney is a safe area. But, I did not feel safe. Other than that, it was fine.
