Chambre vue sur poubelles. Climatisation bruyante. Chambre , lit poubelle non fait pendant séjour. Parking payant, ce n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation sur booking.

I was not comfortable

The breakfast

I reported this ! There was blood on our bathroom wall and the room we got was old and not up to Hyatt standards. I picked this hotel because I’m use to staying in luxury my room did not feel like that it felt like a cleaned up dirty motel . I brought a cheesecake and several sodas all the sodas from front desk had no acid . The cheesecake was refunded but only one ! It gave me severe diarrhea all night like real life ! I’m coming back to Miami as always because I love Florida but this want be my choice !

Nada recomendable.

No hay nada que me haya gustado.

Las alfombras de las habitaciones muy mal mantenidas, sucias y manchadas, no tienen shuttle, no tienen un restaurante dentro del hotel en donde se pueda comer sin tener que salir, personal nada atento, desayuno básico y mal presentado.

Η τοποθεσία, το δωμάτιο, η πισίνα.

Το πρωινό φτωχό σχετικά. Το πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο ακριβό. Η δίκαια τιμή θα ήταν $15/ημέρα. Τα $25 ήταν πολλά. Το κλιματιστικό στο χώρο του πρωινού μπορούσε να είναι 3-5o C πιο υψηλά, έκανε υπερβολικό κρύο.

The last thing that happened was the fire alarm going off at about 2 AM. It was a false alarm.

The place was dirty and run down. The bathroom electrical plug had to be worked on during our stay. The TV had some odd lights on the screen while we attempted to watch it. The bath tub was not clean and there was toothpaste on the bathroom door. The toilet seat was nasty and needed to be changed.

That rooms are not cleaned daily and that the property was to run down. Breakfast was very poor and totally unattended. Seems like the property is understaffed and property needs maintenance.

Expensive to leave!

It was clean

There is no easy way to get there. I took a taxi and it was $17 - mind you it was 1.4 miles to the airport. I was charged $25 to go back to the airport no change , still 1.4 miles. This was without a tip. Highway robbery.

Good airport hotel with excellent frontdesk service, a bit pricey and hard to find

The frontdesk was very friendly and efficient. I liked that they were directly reachable via phone and not only through some hotline. The rooms are decently sized and well-requiped. Also they're clean, the bed is relatively big and the location is ideal to fly out from MIA, as we did, as the Airport is literally right across the street. Overall recommendation.

The rooms are starting to become a bit dated and a renovation is probably due in the next few years. Depending from where you're coming from, the hotel is pretty hard to find. The road you need to take is between a one way road that you can't enter, and the the entrance of the Embassy Suites hotel. It's really hard to find. If you miss the turn and decide to take a new approach via NW 31st street, be aware that there is a huge pothole right around the corner from NW S River Drive, which made us blow out a tire. Also the hotel is pretty expensive for the airport.

Terrible experience, stay somewhere else.

Good location. Terrible breakfast not edible. No one speak English nobody. Very frustrating.

They don’t clean rooms while you are there not one time. Couldn’t get extra towels. They have no room service. The restaurant was never open in the lobby. They say they have a bar but no bartender ever. Nobody spoke English and could help my concerns.

IF the pool was working again i will give a 5 stars.

Fitness and breakfast are very good, most of the staff at lobby treated our family Well.

I Can’t use a waterpool because Water was cold. This ruinę my stay. The staff tells me about malfunction at the pool, but later that day in the gym i talked to another guest who tells me the pool is broken more then one month. So the information about hotel standards is not true in my opinion.

Good near-airport hotel. Easy checkin/checkout. Please make parking free if you are staying there.

Easy checkin and check out. Comfy bed and room. Good place to stay near the airport, which is what we were looking for as we waited for our next-day family arrivals.

Really difficult to find the entrance! Honestly, why make me pay for parking? That is ridiculous.

Le hyatt place ne nous reverra pas !

La piscine agréable avec amplitude d’ouverture assez importante .

Le personnel n’est pas agréable, pas de navette aéroport, parking très cher et non surveillé ni clôturé ( nous avons subi un vol sur la voiture) , pas de nettoyage de chambre pour séjour inférieur à 3 nuits, pas de gel douche dans la chambre, serviettes en nombre insuffisant, coffre fort HS, le pdj n’est pas de qualité .

If we come back to Miami, this hotel is where we will be staying.

the heated pool which my daughter really enjoyed using. It meant we didn't really need to go out as much as the pool was there to keep her amused/occupied.

Not a lot of eating places in the area. You can easily get an uber which meant it was easy to travel around the area if you need to go out. There was ample parking spaces but we decided after having a hired vehicle for a day that driving in Miami was not for us.

1. Room was good with view. 2. Very good breakfast & kitchen staffs are very helpful & prompt. Breakfast menus are good and prepared in advance. 3. Good pool and open till 10:30 pm.

1.Hotel location is far from Miami attractions. 2. Room has a coffee machine for single cup only , for 3 cups of coffee , need to prepare for 3 times. 3. Rooms have airplanes noises as its close to airport..

A hotel near the airport should provide a shuttle service. I was a little bewildered to learn that I had to take an Uber to get there for an unexpected overnight layover.
