Great base camp location for a weekend in NYC

Bus stop to NYC is right outside. Free parking. Breakfast. Good coffee.

Convenient location at half price compared to a hotel in Manhattan.

Lovely staff. Loved the size of the room great for a suite but bathroom was too small and a crazy empty space by the kit

I liked the spacious room and staff very friendly and helpful.

The room needed a table without it seemed it had a lot of wasted space. And bathroom was too small for the size of the room.

Very dirty rooms and unprofessional staff

The room was very dirty . There was dust and lot of sticky substance on the floor , the floor was covered with white dust . I even saw blood stains on the wall next to the sink . I called the supervisor several times to change my room but they didn’t .i have 2 kids and I don’t want them to sleep in a dirty room I have photos and videos. They didn’t change my room. Am paying for a clean room which is the least minimum. They offered to give me 50$ off which is very little compare to this inconvenience. I stayed in Hyatt in many places before and that was the worst experience I was very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone . Staff very impolite and rude and liars because they promised that they will refund us 50$ for each night and they didn’t . Plus they telling us to leave and to find another hotel because they don’t have any available room .

Guter Aufenthalt

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Bushaltestelle für die Fahrt direkt nach New York in die Ecke. Frühstück war top.

Leider wurde unser Zimmer im Computer nicht als belegt markiert, weshalb wir nachmittags schon einmal eine fremde Person im Raum stehen hatten und nachts das zweite mal. Personal hat sich aber nach dem zweiten Mal sofort darum gekümmert.

Great value for the money! Easy commute from hotel to the transit station.

I would have preferred freshly prepared omelets and grits. Breakfast was hot and average. Powdered eggs, oatmeal, french toast, hash browns, the usual. There were several different options for breakfast.

I don't like powdered eggs I love when hotels have omelets. I personally don't like sausage or oatmeal either. I'm pretty sure most people could find something on the breakfast menu.

Hotel liegt gut und wird wieder gebucht

Frühstück….Amerikanisch eben. Wurde alles immer nachgefüllt. Hotelangestellte sehr freundlich. Parkplatz gratis. Reinigung täglich. Bett superbequem. Buss nach Manhattan hält vor der Hoteltüre und die Fahrt kostet 4,50 Dollar und dauert 25 Minuten durch den Tunnel….man ist gleich beim Timesquare

Wände sehr dünn. Busse mit Jugendlichen die bis 2 Uhr in der Nacht im Nachbarzimmer diskutieren. Vielleicht sollte man die Busse in einem Stock unterbringen und nicht mit den „normalen“ Gästen. Frühstück, wenn die Jugendlichen ausgeschlafen sind und alle zur selben Zeit zum Frühstück gehen, TOTALES CHAOS 🙈 Zimmereinrichtung alt aber sauber.

We were relocated to another hotel.

I’ve stayed here many of times in the past and have had no problems this unfortunately wasn’t the case and we were ask to relocate to another hotel at the last minute. We always liked the location of the Hyatt and the breakfast that is provided but now will consider staying elsewhere in the future.

We received a phone call around 3:30 of the night of our stay informing us that they would be unable to provide us with a room due to maintenance issues. This was an extreme inconvenience and what they offered as compensation was extremely disappointing and under the value of what we paid to stay at the Hyatt place. I was expecting equal or greater value and what we received was a night at another hotel that was under complete renovation and a lackluster breakfast. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast because it did not meet our needs.

Excelente ubicacion

La ubicación es perfecta! Queda a 20 minutos de Manhattan, el bus pasa frecuente y puedes comprar el ticket en la misma parada. Considerar que son distintos ticket el Metrocard no te sirve para movilizarse a NJ. Me gusto mucho el hotel

Podrían tener más variedad con respecto al desayuno, ya que todos los días es lo mismo. Aun así estaba todo rico!

Decent stay could’ve been better the main reason I stayed here with my kids thought there was a pool.

A great location, nice staff, spacious rooms and a good value for your money

The breakfast was ok- I was missing vegetables and they kept running out of scrambled eggs but the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big and nice but the Queen beds were very small and there was no Turnover service. The location was great - 10 min drive from the "American Dream" , 5min walk from a nice shopping center with restaurants and a Wallmart and a bus station at the back entrence that takes you straight into Manhatten. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. I do wish they had an indoor heated pool

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Property has free parking on-site. Property was close to several restaurants. Easy to get back and forth to New York by public transportation or private vehicle.

Breakfast did not have any non pork meat options.

my stay was just for the weekend so I handled the issues mentioned above. Don’t think I will return here again.

room was not clean, the waste baskets were not emptied, the furniture and rugs not cleaned. The table lamp bulb was out. the parking facilities were scary. I didn’t feel safe when parking my car. Breakfast provided could’ve been better.
