The room was very clean. My favorite part was how comfortable the bed was. I actually want to ask about the mattress because I may purchase my own.

Super clean, nice rooms, friendly night staff!

The lady that was at the front desk on Saturday was very rude! We were not aware of the card you hang on your door for towels and wash cloths so she made us sign for the linens we got and was not friendly at all!

The staff there were excellent. Teresa Davis and her team is a win.

Breakfast was what it was. Wont say the greatest but it did have value. If you want to know what is lacking go eat and see for yourself. Every day was the same so it kind of was ok for me but i had a choice and could skip for a day or two

Daily the same breakfast but hey I don’t want to sound rude. Would have loved to have hard boiled eggs in stead of the powdered eggs. But can’t complain. I know corporate needs to budget.

Fantastic stay!!

The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and amenities perfectly adequate. We had a great stay. Staff was so nice and friendly! Perfect spot for my family (the two toddlers loved the room!)

Great stop in the middle of my trip. Clean and comfortable.

Location lacks access to a ton of restaurants. Truck stop next door which was fine. Someone mentioned a pizza place nearby but we just made due and rested.

had me at sh***y attitude!

convenient location

front desk staff wanted to argue about book options and tell me where I went wrong with my booking. They also hold a hundred dollar deposit and do not honor original agreed upon rates. Zero hospitality!!!

Always Pleasant and Comfortable

The beds and pillows are always very comfortable. Having a variety of items to choose from for breakfast is nice to help start the morning road trips.

Not sure if the hotel should ask about choice rewards , AAA or AARP when checking in. However I always have to mention that .

Overall nice hotel with some fixable issues for more comfortable stay.

Nice decor. Real hotel. Friendly staff. Allows pets. Location near I-10. Convenient, free parking. Well-lit bathroom with spacious countertop. Strong water pressure.

Poor climate control in lobby and hallways (slight humidity). Potential allergen or faulty AC in hotel room? Red eyes and strong sensation in airways. Turned off AC overnight to avoid potential health hazard, after momentary buzzing sound from AC unit followed by strong sensation in airways. (Noticed blood shot eyes before buzzing sound.) Door lock not fully functional; able to open from outside without key unless locked from inside. Notified staff next morning and she stated they had just had new locks installed for all rooms a few weeks ago and expressed gratitude for having informed her of faulty lock on not only my room but another room accidentally mistook as my own after initially checking in. Had to switch rooms initially because there was a fresh dog urine stain and smell on carpet that did not appear to have been addressed during cleaning. Towels thin and slightly crispy; could use replacing with newer towels. Some damage to wall hanging where TV mounted; could easily be concealed with a little creativity. Strange lighting fixture choice (or faulty installation) between beds; had to stand up to turn off light due to location of switch, high up on fixture rather than low near table top. Same complaint for plug-ins on bedside light fixture.

Modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The BEST hotel breakfast I have come across!

Room HVAC seemed determined to pump cold air on a chilly night. Just turned it off.
