Quiet, comfy, clean.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The employees were nice.

Barn door kept sliding open on the bathroom, shower water pressure was weak, breakfast was ‘ok.’

Room was great and love the bathroom. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection to pick from.

Pool was cold and hot tub was like 70 degrees so that was a disappointment which we had all the family in for pool time. Price is so expensive with all the taxes and fees.

Almost perfect!

I loved the cleanliness, The friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. The moment we told them that we had had no internet service the last time we stayed, they were sure to put us in the room that had a good strong internet signal. They listen to our concerns and the address them immediately. They let us know to please contact him if there was any issues in the future.

Once again, I wish your breakfast was just an hour later. When you're on holidays you like to take your time. Relax. Get up in the morning. Have your shower lays about a bit and then think about eating. Unfortunately, your breakfast ends by 9:00 a.m. this leaves the lazy relaxing traveler out of the loop for breakfast.

Loved water filling station in Lobby. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very nice, professional and attentive.

Appetizers at evening reception were disappointing. One chicken strip looked pathetic. You’d be better off having a snack mix.

Exceptional

The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfy. The Breakfast had made to order eggs and real oatmeal. Also the coffee was great. They had a reception time that we weren't able to make but it was nice they had it. The pool and fitness center looked good. Didn't have time to use them either. Tub and shower are separate and very nice. Loved the shampoos and soaps.

People in the room above were walking and running (probably kids) back and forth sooo much and late at night. That was loud. Also only one small elevator for 6 floors. Waited a lot for the elevator. The neighborhood seems to be in decline.

Nearly perfect, our choice every time.

We stay here every time we come to Bellingham. We have a WWU student so we come often. We like the attractive and updated appearance of the hotel and the rooms. We especially like the attractive and spacious bathrooms and the seating area in the rooms. The included breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, and the breakfast staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Still hoping that boarded up Pier 1 right outside the hotel will become a restaurant or something else. It’s not very attractive and makes the area feel unsafe, even though we do not feel unsafe there. This is not the fault of the hotel but we hope the hotel owners are putting pressure on the owners of that property to do something about it. No change in at least the one year+ that we have been coming.

Rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was a level up from some other hotel breakfasts which was much appreciated.

The hot tub was luke warm at best, which after a day of skiing was highly disappointing

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great staff and nice free happy hour.

The location is central, across from Bellis Fair mall and walking distance to restaurants. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom, and very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great free happy hour and good breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

Staff went above and beyond in service

We have stayed in a different hotel in the area before and have found the location slipping in a few ways. We thought we would try this hotel and it is head and shoulders better in all ways. Great staff, room and location. This will be our go to hotel from now on.

Very comfortable and excellent value

The property was clean, modern and comfortable. Our room was big and comfortable. There was a large tub in the bathroom and I took full advantage! The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great breakfast that was better than most. Over all, an excellent stay.

I wish it had a business center. There is an odd public-access computer but it’s connection to the printer did not work. I think the rooms are overpriced for what you get.

excellent stay and definitely coming back!

great location with clean room! love how spacious the room and bathroom are with all the amenities. bed and pillows were comfortable and the seating space beside desk and chai in the room was plus point. we stayed one night but I can easily see this will work for multiple nights stay. friendly staff at the front lobby and easy driving access from the roads.

Best place to stay

The room layout and furniture were great! The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had so many tasty options!! That was my favorite part. The pool area looked great, and the hours were perfect, but alas I missed out on that, but I'm looking forward to next time. Best of all, the people were so friendly. And brave, actually. There was a dangerous issue with a guest who was in severe distress, and the desk guy was calm and brave. You've got excellent employees! I hope they're compensated well.
