I rather not stay there ever

Nothing really

The Wi-Fi sucks they have roaches and I learned you can’t buy grocery because they comes out they had the water off there for 2 and half hours

I didn't stay.

The front desk lady was kind but, she couldn't help us about our complains.

The price is not fair for the service they offer. The place is awful and I didn't feel safe spending the night over there. I left the hotel 20 minutes after we checked in and they said the agreement is not to give the money back. I ended up in a different Hotel for 117.00 just 20 box more and with better facilities, super clean and a safer location. Please, don't spend your money in this place. NOT WORTH IT

Exceeded expectations for the price by far. Good location. I knew I wasnt staying right in town of Savannah but it was between Savannah and Tybee which was nice.

Had some loud neighbors but that isn't the hotels fault.

What I expected for the price.

Location

#1, room is kind of what I expected for the price. I am aware you get what you pay for. #2. Found the staff to have no personality. When I walked in the lobby, it was not "hello", "welcome" or any kind greeting. The first words were "our rooms are non smoking and no pets". #3. no coffee on the premises. Bed was super comfortable, location was good, but the carpets were filthy and the bed covering was stained.

Don’t leave nothing important in the rooms because they come going through your things

I have a down payment and left my receipt on the table, after coming back someone was in my room things moved and my receipt was gone after reporting it the front desk , they didn’t care and refused to give me my down payment, I will not be doing business with them again

The room was clean, they could have put a couple more towels in there. The staff was nice. We had a great experience for the most part.

2 regular towels and 2 bath cloths was all that was in the room.

Horrible stay.

Nothing was what it should’ve been and everything that could’ve gone wrong went wrong with this stay

The staff was rude attempted to over charge then mixed me and the person behind me’s booking so I we paid for each others and the rooms were different so I had to hope they cleaned theirs so I didn’t get charged

Absolutely nothing

Roaches everywhere roaches in the shower with me bugs I didn't recognize were there no washer no dryer internet not working not connecting to my smart devices management was so rude and disrespectful treated me like I was a bum off the street I have never been this insulted while checking out of a hotel did not give me a refund because I checked out early cursed me out when I got my $100 deposit and slammed it on the counter rude and disrespectful unprofessional I would never go back.

Dirty blanket, toilet, bath tub, sticky floor, clogged bath tub, one bed smelled clean of bleach and the other didn't. Pillow smells like oily hair. Upstairs bedroom was so loud. You hear everything!!!! Got woken up at 3 a.m. with slamming of the door, until almost 6 a.m.

Ridiculous

You have to pay a deposit plus for your room all up front too expensive for the area and the run down rooms.

Too much up front and very run down and the guest are loud and the parking lot is busy all night with in and out traffic.

Disappointing

Close to a mall and bus 14 that goes to downtown.

We almost had to cancel the reservation because we were notified during checkin that they had a pipe burst and was in the process of fixing it. We scrambled to try to find another nearby hotel which might have vacancy. We were lucky that it was fixed before we made the decision to cancel. Toilet paper was so hard. Sink was a bit clogged. AC was very noisy and missed grills

Smells

Bed sheets had stains. Walls had splatters of I don’t know what. Tv didn’t work properly. There was a stench. Was not cleaned. There was grape stems on the floor of the bathroom. Towels were old and worn. Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Door was not seal well. Was worried that people could easily break in. Light coming through the door. Sheets were itchy. There was a lot of lint on it, like the sheets hadn’t been changed in a while.
