the humming of the large building fans I would have like to do a hot tub soak in the morning but the area did not open until 10

Great Experience!

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was lovely and everything was so clean! Our neighbors in the room next to us were having a party at 1:30am, and the front desk staff/ security guard handled it quickly so we could go back to sleep. I was very thankful for their quick response to this matter!

The only thing I wasn't fond of is that there is no elevator access from the lowest level of the parking lot. That was a bummer!

The only complaint I have was the room we booked on this site was not the room we got. I booked a king room with a sofa bed. I was told when I checked in that they only had a king bed, no sofa bed. This was very frustrating! The Sheraton recommended when I stay there again to book directly with their site and not with booking.com again. They told me they’ve had a lot of problems with this.

Nice setting, but overall, the place fell short of its potential.

The location was excellent.

Why, with an empty hotel, did you put us in a room over the kitchen exhaust fans? So loud, and smelly later in the day. Made the mountain-view balcony useless. Also, why no daily maid service? If I want to clean up the bathroom, I can stay at home or in an Air BNB.

The staff is really not up to the class of this hotel … second year there and not really great staff . the check in and the room they put us wasn’t really nice , zero view ! the housekeeping made our bed and haven’t notice my prescription glasses were in the bed and they fold them all together … broke my glasses … it has plenty of room to get better …

we will definitely be going back. this has been the best resort I’ve stayed at in ages

the property was wonderful. Very clean, inviting. The 2 bedroom was wonderful. Justin tremendous. Our first room was overlooking construction as well as multiple air conditioning units. He found us another room, went above and beyond to help us settle in. The staff was all wonderful

we did have a dog barking the first night but after that the dog was gone
