it was OK

Mixed feelings on this one. The location is great, the rooms were clean the staff was friendly but they had a lot of rookies, except Jorge I believe who was really professional. They have Vellamo bottled water which is great :)

- bathroom had peeling paint, just not something you expect at a 5 star hotel. - bathroom noise from some pipes, luckily if I closed the door it was not a problem in the room - unpleasant surprise with the breakfast charges, +$100 for practically nothing (extra avocado and ristretto which was considered speciality coffee?

Perfect overnight stay.

Everything was wonderful from the moment we stepped onto the property. The staff made you feel at home. The sparkling wine reception was a lovely touch. Dinner was delicious - compliments to the chef - the staff once again were great, knowledgeable about the sauces or spices used and never rushed us.

Great beach destination, easy to get to

Breakfast could be better, quality of food at dinner was very good. Beach service was good.

Room was very dark, hard to read at night. Bathroom could use more towel hooks. The balcony is really nice but the chairs were not comfortable to sit for long.
