The location was perfect! Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony! It was so convenient to be close to the beach. The pool was lovely. The beds were comfortable. Spacious apt layout!

The wall air conditioners were loud, especially the one in the bedroom. The bedroom air conditioner did not work well. The kitchen did not have many pans for cooking and no toaster. :(

The location was very good.

It needs to be updated. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings. It smelled like a wet dog when we first entered. Having the only bath accessible solely through the bedroom was a bummer. The sofa and recliner have very little support in them. The tv in the bedroom was useless as it was about a 13” screen and barely visible from the bed. Getting out of the parking lot was definitely a challenge.

Renter Beware! HPS Unit 3F is in serious disrepair

Location and pool

Unit was never cleaned prior to arrival, front door did not close without deadbolt in place, bedroom closet door handle hanging loose, curtain at balcony door with loose hem fixed with duct tape, unit smelled terrible, leftover trash from previous tenant still in can, peeling paint hanging from ceiling, sliding window unable to close due to dented screen that forced the window open, deck furniture cracked and unsafe to use, deck door in serious disrepair, closet door on dining door was one right side up, second one hung upside down, ceiling mold in bedroom, bathroom paint pulling loose and open hole in ceiling at bathroom fan, no central air, window units were unable to keep pace with 100 Degree heat index, mattress ad on one bed was so gross we refused to use it, bathroom door would not close the whole way. Overpriced for a unit with serious repair issues. Will never stay in this unit again. Also found out the $206.12 fee on invoice listed as cleaning fee is NOT a cleaning fee. Very deceitful rental practice. I do not recommend unit 3F nor Red Awning Rental.

Stated off stressful with trying to figure out where the key was.

There was enough communication about how and where to pick up the key. Also, when booking it said parking was included but we had to pay an additional $36 for the week to park.
