The front desk lady was so sweet and helped us so much. The hurricane was a little stressful and she went out of her way to go get us coffee, cream, and sugar out of the back to accommodate us being stuck in the lobby due to electric outage. She went above and beyond and we appreciated her.

Nothing really, overall a great experience. Will stay there again in the future when we go to visit our daughter

Absolutely wonderful stay, was exactly a home away from stay!! PERFECT!

Absolutely Beautiful, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, very comfortable beds!!! Breakfast was perfect. Pool and pool area with great lounge sitting. Will definitely return again!!

There is not one thing I did not like. All was perfect!

Good and functional

Larg room, comfortable bed, good water pressure , wide screen TV with good choice of channels, a lot of space at the parking

First and last time staying at your Crown Plaza hotel and you can cancel my reward program I signed up for!

The property was convincingly located off Hwy 45. Restaurant appeared to be clean. We did not eat on the property.

There was not hot water, our toilet ran all night. I went down to the front desk to find out why there wasn’t no hot water. I was told they had a boiler problem. I explained to the clerk that I was having chemotherapy down the street at MD Anderson and I really need to take a shower. I was told since I booked my room on line, there wasn’t anything he could do to help me out. I explained that I needed to go to another hotel and take a shower. I tried going on line to your reward program I signed up for, but I couldn’t get no help, I was told to contact the hotel directly, I had already dealt with the hotel with no success.

clean, quiet, friendly stay in shenandoah

very easy check in and out process....no touch or signing.....was very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of my room.

there was no body wash in the room...had to go downstairs and just had bar soap....not a huge deal.

Location was great, staff was great as well.

Breakfast was cold, in the world pool the Jets were way below usual. The lighting in the room was very dark especially the bathroom. There were no exhaust fans in the bathroom. The electrical sockets at the bed tables don't work.

Perfect as Always

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times and will continue to do so. I have frequent doctor visits and the Plaza is our go-to place to stay while we're in town. The facility, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant....all about as perfect as one can expect.

The beds are very comfortable once you crawl into it. But for those of us with limited physical abilities, it can be hard. The bed sits very high off the floor and requires a bit of an effort to crawl in. But once you do get in, its a very comfortable night's sleep.

Grounds keeping needs help.

We stay here all the time. Great hotel, excellent location to the Woodlands, shopping, dining, entertainment. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Johnny's restaurant is 5*!

Outside sitting area in the back. Dirty, trash, too crowded with tables and chairs. Umbrellas in the pool area are broke. Clean up the grounds please!
