Almost everything.
We use detergent free of fragrance, in all fabrics, due to allergies.
The rest of the service was perfect. Thank you

A kind, helpful staff. An easy check-in process.

This motel is a convenient place to stop as we travel between Central Oregon and Palm Springs. Comfy bed, kitchenette, free wifi. It's within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Have stayed here before and will likely stay here again.

Clean well maintained with great price

nothing
The ownership is the worst I’ve ever experienced, they placed fraudulent charges on my cc and wouldn’t provide evidence of the damage they were claiming. No one was available at the front office throughout the stay. Wifi doesn’t work, rooms make constant noise due to heating system and the fact it’s a decrepit building. Lesson: take videos of the room before and after stay as crooks run the place

Nice, clean, quirky rooms. Comfortable beds, everything was working, and functional. Staff was super kind and helpful. Nice location off the main road makes it much more quiet.
Wifi was slow, bathrooms were a bit outdated.

I stayed for 10 days....Shower works great, but no fan in bathroom so it steamed up. Beds comfortable and room was quiet except for the folks that started laughing at 4:30 a.m. every day...they were stoners, might explain it. I informed staff and they moved them. Heater worked. Easy parking, easy to walk to town and coffee shop.
No microwave tray (still worked)...wifi was unusable but this is endemic to Bishop apparently. Carpet is serious need of replacement...room is not updated except the mattresses. Older heater which worked well but banged. Roof vent leaked after it rained hard but it was minimal so I caught it in a cup. Cable was not working when I arrived, but it was simply unplugged, but someone should have checked it.
These rooms need to be updated to the 21st century. There's not that much carpet in a room!

Perfect located away from traffic noises in a quiet street. We had a deluxe family suite and it was perfect. A small but well equipped kitchen, good beds and spacious enough. Very friendly lady at the reception.
Airco was a bit loud.
6.0
Quiet neighborhood. One story, easy access to car.
The bed was not a king size. My husband is a tall and muscular man, so we need king size. That is what we booked, but wasn’t what was in Room #4. And no person in the office, maybe ever, so no way to ask for a different room. We arrived about 6:00 pm, on a Friday, and they leave everyone’s keys in the office mail box. And they weren’t there at 9:30 in the morning, either. It’s a cross between a hiker’s hostel and an old Motel 6.

Location,clean room, fair amenities
No barbecues on property even they are listed in property amenities. Pool was not heated ( maybe by the sun only)
