Bien a secas

El tamaño de los cuartos y la limpieza de los mismos me pareció muy bien. El gimnasio está excelente. La ubicación muy buena y el personal es muy amable.

El desayuno fue muy básico y deficiente, prácticamente sólo huevos y algo más...no hay agua, no muchas opciones para elegir y escaso. Los jabones y shampoo son minúsculos al grado de que conviene que lleves tu propio jabón. No pusieron toallas suficientes para el número de personas que reservamos.

Excellent location and amazing hotel!

Everything! This is one of the best places we have stayed at! We had the presidential suite and surprisingly it accommodated 7 adults.

Excellent location, great suites for a Family. Lots of room. Highly recommend

Breakfast was great and glad that it started so early, as we are early risers. The room is well appointed with lots of space. The king bed is very comfortable with good linens. Our room wasn't ready and the receptionist switched us to another room so we can check in on time, Which we were grateful for.

Which we were grateful for. Microwave was dirty. Main bedroom toilet didn't work. TV remote was missing batteries. All of those weren't a huge deal because overall the stay was nice, but when I informed the front desk in the morning at checkout there was no apologies whatsoever, which I thought was strange.

I will never stay again and will not recommend! I was charged $260 because they say I smoked in room clearly I did not

Loved it definitely staying here again.

The room was so much better than what we thought. It was so huge and comfortable. My kids and ourselves loved the pool area and mini golf area. The breakfast in the morning was so refreshing and delicious.

Wish the hot tub would’ve been working . Hopefully on our next visit it’s up and running

Trustworthy, nowadays you can’t trust publicity because, well you know what I mean.

Everything was as expected excellent, Staff was very … Very friendly and their attitude was beyond “business as usual” bottom line: We’ll be back.
