Convenient but noisy location.

Location

Noisy, couldn’t keep fan on to drown it out. Traffic and Lobby noise not ideal for a good sleep.

Great

The dining room attendant Miss Linda was THE BEST!! She visited with everyone each day and made sure we all had everything we wanted! Also steered us to the BEST ATTRACTIONS!

Won’t be going back

It was clean and nice.

They didn’t make accommodations for us. I booked over a month in advance and they didn’t book our rooms right next to each other as requested. They were a good distance down the hall from each other. Plus they decided to charge us randomly $100 each room on top of what I already paid?!

everything would have been fine if it wasn't for the window not having a curtain to close.

breakfast was fine. location was fine.

my room was on the first floor and i could not get the curtain to close. So i had no privacy from the public parking lot. I tried and tried, but the curtain did not close. that is not safe.

Not ready for guests.

Good location.

Room carpet was unvacuumed and dirty. Soap container by sink empty. A layer of dust was the TV, desk and lamps.

I had to ask for the room to be attended to during our stay. Upon arrival, the staff couldn’t find our reservation, because booking.com had made a mistake and put my first name as my surname. One morning, the eggs that were served for breakfast, were partially frozen.

our room was clean and very comfortable. My favorite were the pillows

The room size was nice. The location is in a good spot.

The pool was small and so crowded with No towels. The room was not cleaned the best, (holey pillow cases, stained sheets) along with other things. Most of the breakfast was not available within an hour of breakfast starting.

Typically Great, Slightly Underwhelming This Stay

The room was comfortable, the shower was hot, Kevin at the front desk was very accommodating.

I had stayed the previous Saturday into Sunday and was told I'd be able to stay in the same room I had been in, or the 4th floor so I could have some quiet after a quick trip. I was first given keys to the first floor, then Kevin checked and was moved to the 4th floor. When I got off the elevator the smell of marijuana hit me like a ton of bricks. I immediately went downstairs and told Kevin. He was very helpful and moved me to the third floor, but he indicated that the alarms hadn't gone off so there really wasn't much he could do. He was going to send security up, so I'm not sure if it was resolved or not, but just be aware that you may run into this as well. I know marijuana is legal in Michigan, but it is still against policy to smoke anything inside a hotel room, and I expect the property to enforce rules in a timely fashion so the stay of others isn't impacted.

Exceptional

I have stayed at this property previously and the location is great for the things I want to do and see. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, with easy access and parking. It was quiet, super comfortable, and the staff were all very attentive and caring.

I would have liked for the hot water to be a bit hotter than it was. It was nice and relaxing to shower, and got the job done, but with winter temperatures I was looking for a little more heat!

Would stay again, but not in that room!

The hotel was good, breakfast good with really efficient patient staff. Pool was clean Room was well equipped and exactly the size for the family we stayed with

We had a queen suite. Unfortunately it was over the front entrance and so it was noisy. People outside at 3 am, guests pulling up with radios blaring, pulling away with tires screeching. The room itself was quiet, the forecourt was not.

Very nice room/hotel but we did not receive the experience we paid for (pool, breakfast).

The room itself was great—very comfortable beds (including the sleeper sofa; it was also great that the sleeper sofa had the bedding provided already without having to ask) and the bathroom was among the best we’ve seen (except that we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the eco-friendly mirror light!!).

We were disappointed by the complimentary breakfast. We don’t ask for much as the kids are only interested in cold cereal (not even the basic options of these were available and there was only skim white milk available), the butter was too cold so wouldn’t spread on toast, the scrambled eggs were not good (dry, bland). The coffee was good, the pancakes were fine, and the sausage patties were “okay.” This was our last hotel on a 2-week trip and ws to be a “grand finale” along with our visit to The Henry Ford. The kids were really looking forward to using the pool (looks big & nice) but it was closed due to unsafe water quality—of course we appreciate keeping us all safe but this was very disappointing. Given our experience, we wish we would have just gotten an inexpensive hotel/motel without a pool or breakfast options instead of splurging (for us) on this hotel.

I liked the receptionist, he was very friendly. The place was very clean, great area. Loved my stay, it couldn’t have been better! I said it once, but the receptionist was great, his name was Hani, great guy.

Limited breakfast items ,,

Beds are too high not enough towels but got more when asked for them the girl didn't know my husband had to explan n she said you want rub downs ,,,,wow never heard that expression she was nice .

The hotel is located close to The Henry Ford which is why we chose your property.

Breakfast was OK. A little bland but that is just me.

I would have liked having a tv in front of the sofa.

Great location, pleasant staff, clean and nice breakfast.

Very pleasant staff at the check in desk. Breakfast area was clean and nice selections. Having mobility issues, the handicap room was nearly perfect (bed was a little high)

There wasn't a hair dryer. Guess I should have noted that before packing for my trip, I could have easily brought one.
