Location to the highway
A little outdated, but you can tell they renovated and they were keeping it clean
9.0
The beds are very comfortable. The location is good.

Affordable and comfortable
TV wouldn't work, made for unhappy preteen!

Late check in
Poor lighting in the room. No bed side light. The shower only had a partial door, which got water all over the floor. Toiletries and towels were sparse. The shower had a soap/shampoo dispenser, which was pretty much empty, not to mention unsanitary. Glad I brought my own! Parking spots were few and far between
7.0
Clean and convenient.
room was clean. Everything worked as it should. Good value. There were no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Looks like it had been renovated, but not the best craftsmanship.
6.0
I liked they updated look of the rooms and the staff was very friendly.
one of the amenities listed was a hot tub but there wasn’t one on the premises, the bathroom was still a little dirty from the last visitors, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything happening outside the room including other guest’s conversations.

clean, smelled good
the outlets in the side tables
no side table lights
no hooks in bathroom to hang towels

the exterior at first was cool and mid century modern like.
once you parked the lot was full of pot holes and sitting water. there were shopping carts from a store bike locked to the stair case and a garbage bin bungee strapped to the railing at the top of the steps. our room keys stopped working half way thru the evening. the blankets were not clean or had visible stains, there were long dark hair on the linens, bed was reasonably comfortable rather high off the ground, i slept ok bed wise. the pillows like most motels/hotels were lackluster and needed denser support. I usually bring my own I forgot it. shower was hot and clean. one of the light fixtures didn’t work over the bed upon further looking the fixtures weren’t the same over each bed and mismatched the room. rooms were rather ill insulated you could hear and feel in the floor the foot traffic at all hours.
the man who checked me in was very rude to a previous customer who was also a rate much lower than listed on booking.Com so I over paid in the end by booking thru here

Location was good and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly.
The bedding and towels were stained, hair in the bed. Cigarette burn holes in the bedding. Someone was smoking in the room next door so the room smelled horrible. Wasted our money because we left and stayed elsewhere.

Location was satisfactory for baby moon visit, explore Asheville.
no working cable tv, which is advertised on booking site.
bed bug presence in room 109. Issue addressed with office clerk, with clerk visibly seeing a live bug in our presence when I lifted the mattress.
Spoke with manager about grievance, completely unprofessional, and offered low ball compensation in return. When told about negative review to follow, he responded “that’s wonderful” and hung up.

undisclosed pet fee, bathroom “door” didn’t shut, floors dirty

Location was good, easy to find and opposite a McDonald’s for easy dinner. The man at reception was lovely and welcoming giving us great recommendations for Asheville. The room had everything we needed for one nights stay whilst travelling.
A little bit picky but maybe adding a couple plates/bowls to be able to use the microwave.
6.0
very clean, comfortable beds and easy to find
the other guests were loud and sirens went off all night
6.0
No breakfast
There was no towle racks and the shower only has a half shower door so the water goes all over the floor.
8.0
it was very clean and spacious. bathrooms were really nice and clean
only complaint we have is that there wasn’t any grassy areas for our dog to go to the bathroom.
2.0
Not a hotel. It is a motel. Pictures were deceiving.
3.0
It had a minifridge and place to put your luggage off the ground and closet. No signs of bedbugs or infestation
Wasn’t clean that clean / hasn’t been updated in years. There is only one light for the room which is close to the window and no lights at the bed. you have to turn the light off then walk to the bed. the curtains are either full month for everyone to see/ light or blackout, no in between option and normally I wouldn’t care but only having one light source in the room - it’d be nice to get some light from the outside at least.

The walk in shower
There was no place to put your soap in the shower in case you wanted to use your own. I feel like the shower could of been a little wider. Still enjoyed it.
8.0
Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds, water was hot
Need some hooks for towels and things. Toilet could have been taller with an elongated bowl instead of the kindergarten toilet.
Parking is a bit tight.
5.0
Only positive is that it was cheap.
Terrible location. Your view is of McDonald’s and zaxbys. Also all you hear is the vehicles on the interstate directly behind you. This “hotel” appears to be a poorly remodeled motel with the cringy feelings that everything around you is disgusting.
