Poor

I liked the after hours access due to late arrival in the area. I also liked some of the breakfast but the items were meager and selection minimal.

The staff has called me three times since check out to discuss payment which has been deducted from my account. They even talked about a card on file that wasn't even mine and saying that the payment declined but has cleared my bank. This is very concerning.

Support your linemen. I shared a lot with them all, and they were very respectful.

It was close to everything I had planned while in Coweta. My room was close to the side entrance so I was able to park close to my room.

It’s more a preference of having a softer mattress.

loved the cleanliness of the facility including the room. I’m my 5 night stay I only had one incident of a “cold” response from the front desk staff and tbh it was the last night I stayed. overall.. I would def stay here again. the breakfast was great, all but one encounter with staff was great. I highly recommend staying here.

my only negative was the front desk gal on my last nights stay (was there for 5 nights). she made it feel like I was bothering her to ask for pool towels since there was only one left. But she made it all goochie by providing ample towels within 10 minutes. (I just did not like her making me feel like I was a hindrance/bother/issue when I was paying for a five night stay).

Very friendly staff. Very clean everywhere. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast and staff was constantly tending the warm food options. Average room and was clean along with bathroom. Pool was warm and clean.

No hot tub.

We really did like almost everything about this place. This is our second time staying at Best Western in this location and will continue to stay there on our next visits.

the manager was awesome he made sure we had what we needed the breakfast and pool were great the staff were great greeted us with a smile. I will be staying again

their was some old stains on one of the sheets didn’t see at the foot of the bed small markings. nothing big rather they had been thrown out versus used

Wonderful stay

I wanted to let you know that Mitchv was super friendly and also the other staffers Sarah Bina and Jadyen . They all were super friendly helpful and took time to go out of thecway to make our stay an excellent stay 😁kudos to everyone ❤️

We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The bed was also pretty comfortable.

The fridge did not work and ruined some of our food. There were dirty rags towels left in our room. The staff was very loud when we wanted peace and quiet.

Great place that was close to visiting family.

Felt very welcome from the time we checked in to checking out the next day. Our family had four rooms and all were pleased! Breakfast was great for us. Fresh, hot food up until the allotted time for their breakfast. We will stay here again!!

It was everything we needed it to be, for a two night stay. Would definitely book at this location again.

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Especially Mitch. He will go above and beyond.

Nice staff. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location for our needs.

Minor issue. The room heater/air conditioner filters where plugged solid. Made weird noises until I pulled them out.

It was sufficient for one night.

Good night’s sleep between 2 long days of driving.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Pizza in one trash can, shower was grimy with hair left behind.
